    थकान से मैं भी बहुत परेशान था, मैडम ने जो भी कारण बताएं मैं इन से एग्री करता हूं, लेकिन थकान का इस समय का सबसे प्रमुख कारण है ब्रेन में प्रॉपर ऑक्सीजन ना मिल पाना, मैंने खुद इस समस्या को झेला है, और जब से नाक में मैं देसी घी डाल रहा हूं तब से मेरे भीतर फुर्ती का संचार रहता है, मैंने नाक में घी डालना अपना डेली रूटीन बना लिया है इससे मुझे बहुत सारे फायदे हुए हैं.

Jo ki hai mai subah uthata hu to body heavy feel krta hai or jab padhta hu to matha dard dene lagta hai per din jaise jaise aage badhata hai mai achha feel krne lagta hu padhai v sahi se hone lagta hai but din ke first half me to mera halat kharab ho jata hai or padhana chahte huye bhi naha padh pata hu please mam suggest me something 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
