This is due to evolution process,
Because in those days men hunts , for a normal lunch they need to work immensely hard,
I mean catching a prey wasn't easy, it was jungle. Than after eating food they need to take rest, due to that hardwork.
And that's why since now too, after a strong workout we feels immense hunger.
I suggest as a MBA in food business, you must try a powerNap of atleast 7 mins.

इसमें कुछ research और होना चाहिए। ये क्या वैसे लोगो के साथ भी होता है जो रात में 10 बजे से पहले सोते हैं और सुबह 5 बजे उठ जाते हैं। शायद जो रात में पर्याप्त सो लेते हैं उनको ये परेशानी कम हो सकती है।
जी सही कहा, भोर में उठने के बाद दोपहर तक बहुत लंबा समय हो जाता है और शरीर आराम मांगता है। खेती की जो दिनचर्या है वो यही है और हजारों सालों से यही है। तो भले ही अब हम पिछले 30 40 सालों से दूसरे काम करने लगे हैं, लेकिन शरीर तो अभी वैसे ही बर्ताव करता है।

According to ayurveda, this problem occurs due to increase of kapha dosha. This has happened to me also. I have to quit my job because of it. These tricks helped me:
1. Avoid rice and rice based products in lunch
2. Avoid anything uncooked like salad of onion and cucumber
3. Avoid anything cold like ice cream after lunch.
4. Avoid cheap butter. And anything heavy
5. Avoid a gap of min 40 min after lunch or any salty food before drinking tea.
6. If you can, do tail màlish before exercise or before morning bath.
6. Don't use milk or curd or anything cold/ uncooked in the lunch.
These things immensily helped me.
