I was only taking 5 pointer sleep after sleeping for 8 hours but now I increased it to 8 by sleeping early at 10:30PM and guess what it really makes me refresh next morning Thank you sir😊

I used to sleep at 3 am. But now I'm sleeping within 1 am. And trying to make it earlier. Always i sleep for 7-8 hours, but now I'm feeling more energetic than previous. Thank you so much for this valuable video.

Afternoon nap is actually proven to be good for refreshing our mind , not for long though
@Pradumn Singh Unfortunately its true. This much sleep is required, but its not practical because of circumstances like work, study, and the general competitiveness of life. Some sacrifices have to be made in life to achieve. Our grandparents lived long and healthy because they got enough sleep as their era was not like ours. They had stability, less competition, etc which caused them to rest well.

Only 5 hours of sleep is more than enough .. a medical over here .. sleep from 10 to 3 or 4 o clock is sufficient enough

Its 9 pointers and not 9 hours!!
If somebody sleep btwn 9 to 12 so per hour he receives 2 points that is totall 8 points..and you can now decode the rest timeline.
And it explains that 8 to 9 pointers are good.
And also afternoon nap is good but it should not exceeds half n hour.
8hrs sleep recommended by psychiatrist

Mene bhi Bhagwat Gita me pada hy ki jab hum apne mind ( vichaaron ) ko control kr late hy toh humare daily schedule me improvement Hota hy. Ek aur baat ki jab bhi Sone ki liy bed pr aao toh thought less ho kr mind ko peaceful rkho aur khud ko ye remind karao ki 'Kal jaldi uthna hy'.

Summary: Try not to stay up late night. Try to sleep by 10 or 11 and wake up by 4 or at worst case 5 a.m. It can’t be brought into action in a single day or two, give it time but stay consistent.

I've been struggling so much with my sleep. I've been tracking my time from a whole week and it shows that I study for only 9-10 hrs a day effectively but it's needed to study for at least 16 hrs as a jee aspirant(dropper) and I feel sleepy all day long.. I can't study any longer and it's stressing me out istg bcoz I've only one chance left and IITB is my dream... Idk if I've ADHD or not but I think the reason may also be that my sleep cycle is not good.. I sleep at 11pm and wake-up at 3-4am and it's so bad, ik that!!
But I promise that I'll definitely follow this and will come back next week... I'd not bother typing a comment but it's just for my own good, now that that I've to come back after a week... Thnks for the video brother
EDIT:- I'm here after a week, studying 13 hrs a day(which is not enough but I'm sooo happy)... this video has helped me a lot istg.. I still feel a little sleepy after studying for like 6-7 hours but I drink coffee and I'm good to continue again...
