Depression ka karan pata karo phir usko door karo, aap ke dimag ke galat soch ka ilaj dava kbhai nahi ho sakti hai us soch ko himmat ke sath badlo. Aap ke ghar aur doston ka aap ko poora support milna chahiye.

B12 Vitamin. 4. Talk and conversations with someone close and trusted. May be mother, father or friend. 4. Sleep good for 8 hours. 5. Eat walnuts
