It's my first time growing out my hair, and your videos were a great help on this journey. I apply an egg mask to my hair weekly and massage my scalp thrice weekly with liitleextraa cocooconion oil. Afterward, I rinse with cocoonion shampoo, and I've been following this routine constantly. I'm happy to say that my hair fall has completely stopped.

Being a hairstylist of about like a decade, I can share with you you, that you are not meant to use strong shampoo on your hair.
I have noticed hair lines of many people, and I spotted that people who were using harsh shampoo cleansers generally had thin hairline.
So I advise only to use gentle shampoo only. I myself use and suggest to apply littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only.
Also, do warm oil massage two times a week as it improves circulation and stimulates healthy hair growth.

Those two ingredients will dry your hair out. Even shampoo by itself dries the hair out and adding lemon 🍋 and Vinaigre to it will be even worse. I'm very skeptical about this recipe...... People should be careful trying recipes /things on UA-cam.

@@kemarspooner2829 No, she is not. I had overbleached hair with overtone on it (basically fried). Back to back, I used lemon juice with dawn soap to clean it. Did a round of lemon juice (blow dried on high heat to active lemon juice to lighten hair). Did a baking soda as a wash. A round of vinegar as a rinse. Then conditioned. My hair and hands were Extremely Soft afterward (and this removed the toner)!! If this softens overly dry, bleached hair, it will be okay for normal hair. I know.... I tried it and it WORKED.

Ну а автор модец, даёт иллюзию, хоть плацебо, самовнушение сильная вещь! Да и зарабатывать автор умеет на доверчивых дурачках ))

My own hair growth success story i followed below:
1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind.
2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth.
3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, further supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough.
4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your fingertips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore.
5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Don't get pills they are not high dose enough.
6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, don't let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple of times a week does wonders.
Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too.
Stick to the regimen, i promise you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why it's hard to cure.
