This is my first time growing my hair, and your videos were really helpful on this journey. I use an egg mask to my hair once a week and rub my scalp thrice weekly using liitlexteral cocooconion hair oil. Then, I wash it off with cocconioon shampoo, and I've been following this routine constantly. I'm happy to say that my hair fall is gone now.

Well, truthfully, I am using this Cocoonion shampoo and hair conditioner recently as I had been dealing with hair fall. This has made a significant difference. Possibly, it will make even more difference. Till now, everything has been fine.

Then use your hair treatment .and part the seconds with a wide Tooth comb to the ends and then to your hair. and Apply plastic wrap and a shower cap and Hooded Dryer . I stopped using relaxers and I wear my hair natural.

One thing about relaxed or natural hair both thrive on the same treatments. Putting this straight because most people with relaxed hair limit their thinking of what they can use on their hair. The only difference in both hair types is only the changed texture, but it's all still hair and need the same nourishment 💛

What I need is a natural way to PROMOTE my girls natural hair. One has curls the other has deep waves. One can use moisture, the other moisturizer run down her face (hair doesnt accept product well at all). One can get her hair braided the other it will damage her hair
I'm constantly looking for product that can support both their hair but all I got so far is aloe gel. I spent so much on ton of product and aloe gel works wonder in both, but it dries quickly forcing me to do both head 2 - 3 times a week, if not it will dry their hair until brittle. They have the same length as the little lady in this video. I'm so tired of hair!

Ok I have to confess. I put a perm kit in my ddo hair bc I had enough of her 4zzz hair and she is tender headed. Did it twice last year. Finally woke up and havent done it since then. How do I start her over growing out her natural hair without cutting it all off? Her edges are thin bc i keep it up in bun bc shes a gymnast. HELP!! TIA!

Tight hair styles like ponytails & buns break our hair. Are buns a requirement for gymnastics? Also for her edges to grow don’t slick them down & leave them alone

Keep steaming her hair for every 2weeks. And never leave the hair like that, after steaming you should do a protective style on the hair

Simple things to stimulate healthy hair & hair growth regardless of products.
      1) Never leave hair up in a bun or pulled in tight styles when going to bed. Open the hair every night to allow it to breathe for a least an hour. Open the hair & just let it breathe. Don't cover it with anything.
      2) Massage scalp every day/night for a minimum of 8 minutes maximum 12 minutes (you don't want to make the head sore). Do NOT rub, massage. Your fingers *should not* slide across the hair. The skin should move under your fingers to feel the bone beneath the skin. This is a very gentle but intentional movement. Be sure to do every section, including edges. Again: This is a gentle but intentional process. It stimulates blood flow and promotes the health of hair maintenance & hair growth.
      3) Depending on hair type: Brushing hair from scalp through to ends of hair thoroughly (nightly) is great for moving the natural hair oils through the strands of hair to coat it & keep it vibrant with the body's own natural oils & chemistry without adding anything. Again, this is not the best method for all types of hair or hair styles. More tightly curled hair does not respond positively to frequent separation where it's natural movement is disrupted. For these hair types you would do best with this method when using only once a week or once every two weeks, especially when you have time afterwards to allow the hair time to simply breathe & rest before twisting or covering it for bed. Again, depending on hair density.
*Points 1 & 2 is essential for every hair type.*
Diet is also crucial to support our hair journey. A) Getting in at least half your body weight in clean water daily, is *the minimum* for cellular health. Slowly work your way up, if not there yet, to get an additional 8 to 16 oz over your minimum daily. B) Cut back on fast food and processed foods.
We can do things outwardly to support our hair journey, but what goes in our body has the greatest impact on our hair & overall well health. Focus on nutritionally dense foods & take in a good variety. Your microbiome controls over 90% your health. When it's out of wack the body starts to suffer regardless of how silent that suffering may be. Our children suffer the most because youth tends to mask a lot of conditions, oftentimes. Food is just not the same (In the US, I can't speak on other countries).
If you ever notice that you or your children are being indifferent, difficult or sad, *look at diet* first as a support. Our got impacts our mind, which influences emotional state as well.
Best of health to Everyone. Blessings FAM💜

Please describe the minutes that the carrots should boil and give a step by step description of what you are doing, that helps your viewers awake and more informed.

@Abigael Boil carrots until they are soft & tender . You will be able to smush w/ fork or spoon . But it doesn’t have to be super mushy .. I hope that helps 🦋 ( steps: shredded carrots 🥕, ripe banana 🍌, 1/4- or half fresh aloe - scoop out aloe from inside of plant . Mix all 3 together in blender until it’s like a smoothie . Then put inside a rice bag /cheese cloth bag or something to strain the smoothie in ( so you don’t have clumps of carrots in hair ) then add 1/2 cup of olive oil ( or whichever oil you prefer like coconut or avocado oil ). I like olive oil best because it’s a great moisturizer & gives good slip to hair . Strengthens hair too . Most people aren’t allergic to olive oil either . It’s also a healthy fatty oil & heavier than coconut oil . In my opinion from putting it in my hair & cooking w/ it ..hope these things help you understand her video . As I’m sure she hasn’t seen your comment yet to answer 🦋🥕🍌

@@abdulkaremkhadijat2749 just boil carrots until super soft . You can mash them with your fork very well. Use a super very ripe banana as well . It’s better to purchase as cheap blender on Amazon for like $15 or $20 US dollars
