Dear Ben: When Catty Jenner yanked you forwards and threatened to beat you up THIS IS ILLEGAL. I would have arrested 'her' on the spot. This is assault. Remember: anyone touches you while threatening you can be put in prison. This happened to me once when a detective, in disguise, rang my doorbell to deliver a threat and he touched me. He was arrested within the hour and interrogated until he admitted the President of Queens sent him to my house to scare me. When the cops came to arrest the President of Queens he committed suicide sticking a kitchen knife in his belly.

I think the most prophetic South Park episode is "Le Petit Turette", where Cartman fakes having Turette's Syndrome so he can say whatever he wants, and Kyle knows he's faking, but every time he calls him out he gets accused of being insensitive, downplaying, and outright denying that Turette's even exists, when all he's saying is that Cartman is faking, because he's obviously faking. A perfect metaphor for all the trans nonsense happening right now.

The “racist” flag of southpark is a good one. Some people in the town take issue with the flag and it becomes a divisive issue, the kids are for the flag staying as they don’t see the issue.
While the flag is racist (it’s literally 5 white stick figures with one black figure being hung) the kids are seeing both sides yell at each other and at the very end chef says “it’s racist as it’s 5 white guys hanging a black guy” and the kids are like “ohhhhhhhhhhhhh” and chef goes “wait a minute, they didn’t see it? Ah I feel guilty for it” because the kids didn’t see the problem and chef thought they were racists. The point being, that you don’t combat ignorance with aggression as they’ll just respond with aggression.
Edit: some great replies. I’ve seen the episode twice. Once when it first aired, and one other time. So the first guy who replied has a valid point I misinterpreted.

@@SeraphsWitness The story for why that's the case is actually hilarious. I remember reading about South Park and basically, the two creators were college students who were studying some kind of filmography or something. They made a stop motion Jesus vs Santa Claus short (the origin of the South Park animation style) for a class project, then got high one night and mailed it in to Comedy Central as some sort of joke or prank, IIRC. They were surprised to get a response giving them an offer to make it a show, and they didn't take it seriously for the first few seasons because they thought there was no way the show would survive more than that. For the show to catch on the way it did was a surprise, and they only took it seriously once they realized it was here to stay. That's why there's so much change in seasons 5 through 7. The irony of their success is that it's owed largely to offended celebrities and activist groups campaigning to get the show taken off the air after being made fun of, thus just drawing more attention to the show, when South Park might have gone unnoticed and eventually canceled otherwise.
To this day, the pilot episode of the series is the only one that was actually made fully in stop motion, whereas the rest were digitally animated. The simple style of the animation also allows them to throw together a new episode remarkably fast, which is how they keep up with current events so quickly. Such a fascinating show
Oh, and one more fun fact: Eric Cartman's mom, who's notoriously promiscuous to the point of having a two part episode titled "Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut," is named after an ex girlfriend of one of the creators who had cheated on him. Talk about revenge
