The animation is pretty impressive these days, the game development has influenced the style a lot.
XavierG you don't know how south park is produced. Go watch a documentary on it. They have the quickest production time in the industry. They tweaked this animation days before airing, they got Trumps tie color and Hilary's dress color correct and had the moderator say the exact same thing to start as the actual debates.
It's true. Their turn-around time for an episode is 6 days, iirc. It's easy to do when the two head writers/directors/creators also do 90% of the voices. Plus, a lot of the characters are pre-fab vector art, so it's very simple to copy+paste, then focus exclusively on animation.

You gotta be a special kind of stupid to believe that. Bush handed Obama an endless Middle Eastern war and the mortgage crisis...on top of continuing to give Americans tax cuts. Obama was forced to bailout the banks in order to save the economy (something Bush and the Republicans had already begun to do). Obama's contribution to the debt was continuing Bush tax cuts to help struggling Americans during the recession and the ACA. It certainly wasn't the right time for healthcare reform, but it was sorely needed. That was his campaign promise and he wasn't going to break that promise just because Republicans are absolutely inept. Obama brought the deficit down from 1.4 trillion at the beginning of his presidency to 450 billion at the end, while still providing Americans healthcare. Trump has promptly begun to raise the deficit once more and by the end of his term, it will be back at 1 trillion.
Let that sink in. Trump inherited a booming economy, near full employment, no wars draining the coffers, and no financial crises. He allowed corporations to bring home trillions of dollars maliciously stored overseas, gutted aid programs meant to help Americans...and he is STILL going to MORE THAN DOUBLE the deficit. He's not only a morally bankrupt piece of shit...but his fiscally inept as well. America's worst nightmare.

@@LukeGeoDude Its well known they do it in under 6 hours some times. Watch the 60 minutes special on south park. Its why south park feels frantic off the cuff its because they don't overthink it they just go in with a vague idea and hammer it out.
The writing alone would take at least a few days, a full day at the very least. Then you have to record it, edit the whole thing, do the animations. There is no universe where all that is done in six hours. If you tell me the name of the special or where to find it, I would gladly watch it.

Trump hasn't really done a lot, which is a good thing. The most impactful thing he has done is provide confidence to businesses, which has brought back jobs Obama said would never return(take that L you useless drone striking wanker).
Politically, the most significant thing he has done is step foot in North Korea. So he's had at least two pretty positive things under his belt.
