Love that you chose nesting tables. I don't like distressing either, but totally agree that they will probably see quite a bit of dings over time. Definately hit the fall theme!

They're fabulous Sara. Just a little tip, when you get new stamps you should rub over them with a pencil eraser. They're coated in the factory and it affects the quality of the image for the first few times you use them if you don't remove it. Alternatively rub the ball of your hand across them a few times which will also remove the coating. You did a great job. This challenge is so much fun.
I gave them a soft sand with an old sanding block I think 🤔 I’ve had them almost a year now.

love these tables, love the colour too, I find yellow paint always needs 3 coats too, love how they turned out
It’s my first time using a yellow- it used to be my least favorite color in the world but it’s slowly grown on me!

I live in Phoenix, AZ & fully in touch with the lack of fall this year! But you brought all the fall vibes with these tables. Gorgeous custom blended color, so glad you had enough paint! And wow, I never would've thought to stamp furniture but what a beautiful result! So glad to have found your channel!
IOD/redesign has many different stamp designs available and they are fun to play with!
I just moved here to Houston (Webster County) from New York and I miss the change of season. Especially October and fall. I lived in the country up high on the hills and the leaves were breathtaking. This color came out perfect and I like the middle table being a bit different. Very pretty redo.

Must say I wasn’t thinking mustered tables! BUT these tables are delightful ❣️ You are the first so far that went with ‘fall’. Yes stamps can be difficult. But they worked for you. I like your settings you’re in. 🎃🍁😻

Where are you from originally? It’s true, we really don’t have a fall. Summer just goes into sort of Winter. There is a park called Lost Maples in Central Texas, and it does have a fall. You should check it out. Love the way the tables turned out.
I was born in WA state but grew up in BC, Canada 🇨🇦
I don’t like painting chairs for this reason: the legs. Soooooo much work. This turned out beautifully! I always save my Talenti ice cream jars too! Where do you get those stamps?
I bought my stamps sets from Etsy (because I got gift cards for Christmas!) but if you have a local retailer who carries IOD products you can find them there.
Maybe I was a bit too negative about Dutch fall. At the moment still lots of green and shades of yellow. The weather should be nice tomorrow so I will go out on my bicycle and hopefully enjoy some of it. But living on the coast the wind does tend to blow of leaves quite quickly. The colors are definately better in the North-East of the US and in Canada. Have also experienced some beautifull fall colors in Germany.
The part of Canada I grew up in was mostly pine trees so not much color there either 🌲
