Pros:
- Folding drone with carrying case for maximum portability.
- 1506 2200 KV brushless motors for durability.
- 7.7V 2950mah LiPo battery provides up to 25 minutes of flight time (I got 24 minutes).
- GPS provides rapid/accurate accurate satellite lockon. Drone will automatically return and land where it took off from on command, or loss of signal.
- Optical flow for stable hover flight without GPS.
- 3 axis stabilized camera gimbal. Gimbal can be calibrated through the drone's app.
- True 4K camera. Available video resolutions include 4K video at 3840 x 2160 pixels at 30 fps, or 1080p at 60 fps. Still photos are frame grabs of the video.
- Camera controls available through the app include, brightness / saturation / special effects / ISO/ / white balance.
- High resolution video and photos are recorded to an onboard TF card. Card slot is available for up to 128GB cards. Video and photos are also recorded to your phone, but at lower 720p resolution.
- Controller includes a built-in signal amplifier/relay that provides up to 3 Km control and FPV range. But remember that most countries do not allow you to fly at such ranges. In reality, this feature is meant to provide for strong control and FPV signals in areas of high clutter or interference.
- "X-Drone" app provides FPV views, camera options control, and advanced flight control modes of follow me, orbit position, waypoints, and headless mode
Cons:
- The drone weighs 391 grams with included battery, and will require registration in most countries.
- The controller uses 802.11ac WiFi to connect to your phone. Not everyone has this type of WiFi on their phone. Before purchasing, it's important to first verify that your phone is indeed capable of using 802.11ac WiFi, or you may be very disappointed.
- The drone has a pretty wide low battery geofence distance of 300 meters horizontal. However, this drone does not return to home on low battery. Instead it lands wherever it is located at battery depletion. This could result in drone loss if the drone operator does not heed the low battery warning, and continues flying over risky areas.

Mjx bugs 18pro 4k very suitable for beginners, before buying it I also saw several drones starting from SJRC F22S, F11S 4K but in my opinion, Mix Bugs 18Pro is suitable for beginners.. 🔥🙌✌️

As this is my first time flying a drone, I purchased the Mjx Bugs 18pro drone. The results are satisfactory, and I enjoy it. Perhaps the next time, I'll purchase the SJRC F22 F22S 4K PRO.
Is there any aftermarket batteries to extend flight time?
Hi, the Drone checks the gyro sensor before you can callibrate the magneto sensor (3x turns). For the gyo sensor check the drone must be places on a very stable ground floor. otherwise it will not proceed. Any idea how to skip gyro check? (not the gyro callibration, that another feature)
Thanks for the video! Total drone newby here. This is on special near me & I was thinking of getting it to take footage of me & our Personal Electric Vehicle group. For the same money, the SJRC F11S Pro 4K is also an option, but the Bugs looks like a better all rounder. Any thoughts welcome!

Hi! Awesome flight, is it really true 3km Max Distance.
It depends on the phone and the quality of its WiFi system. But really, most countries don't allow you to fly FPV for such distances. The drone has to remain within line of sight distance that would allow you to fly it back home manually if there was a problem with the GPS system (about 400 meters).
I am considering buying bugs 19 due to the price. Although maybe bugs 16 would be better

Well, the camera could use some adjustment ... less BRIGHT and MORE saturation would probably do it .. have to play with the settings. I did notice it "toilet-bowling" just as you did. At this point in the game, I'm surprised that there was no RTH or a WARNING of RTH when the battery got low .. instead of just landing. That could be a disaster if flying over water. Banggood has this listed at $290.00, so its not exactly a cheap UAV (the DJI Mini SE is about the same price, but I don't think they are selling the Mini SE in the States any more). Well, at least MJX is continuing to manufacture drones, staying with their very successful "Bugs" series. I wonder if they are manufacturing Holy Stone's drones for them, which are sold on Amazon. They look awfully similar. Cheers.
I think that you're referring to the Bugs 16 Pro on Banggood. The Bugs 18 Pro has not yet been released. I'm not sure what its price is going to be. And as this is a pre-release, MJX hopefully still has some time to iron out the "Bugs" (pun intended), like the 300 meter low battery geofence. I think that they really meant to have 30 meters low battery geofence. The app programmer may have accidentally typed in an extra 0. And yes, MJX mainly sells to retailers to rebrand under different brand names. And Holy Stone is one of them.
@@Quadcopter101 I went back to Banggood's site ... it was the 16Pro ... I'd typed in 18pro, but the 16pro is what was displayed. Yeah, MJX has time to clean things up prior to its official release. We'll see. I imagine that there will firmware & app updates for you to try in the future.
Bought a mini se like 3 weeks ago here in the US. Returned it and got a Mini 2 instead. Only drone I'll need for a long time lol.

Nice drone, however have not seen it for sale on any of the normal sites like Banggood or AliExpress. Only thing that shows is the official MJX Bugs page. So have not seen any pricing etc.

your camera picture seems quite clear. My GM is less sharp. so far i Know i can not adjust this. (my old mobile camera pictures are far sharper.)
They usually apply a clear scratch protection film over the lens that must be removed before first use. It's often overlooked as it's so tiny, and clear. Make sure that yours has been removed.
@@Quadcopter101 Of course I removed this little round foil. maybe it is a less quality camera.. even when the drone is not in feight yet the picture is not so well

it was pretty strange it started toilet bowling then stopped all of a sudden.MJX use to be a pretty trusted brand for not having toilet bowlers until the last few drones they produced,myself i think its the chip shortage and they are now using cheap chips
Functions appear to be good but the picture quality is too washed out and cartoony needs less brightness and possibly better white balance. Over all not bad for a toy drone but not at the level of the bigger players. Would be a good first gps drone for someone if the camera quality could be improved.
