I just completed a lapghan using your help. I thank you for making this video. It was so easy to follow you. Now I have to just find a boarder to add to my lapghan and it will be complete. AgainThank you.
I just made a comment to my daughter about this pattern. I first discovered C2C probably 15 years ago. I absolutely love it and have crocheted upwards of 30 baby blankets using a variation of this pattern.🤩 My grandmother taught me how to crochet before I learned how to write my name...so ive read a few patterns 🤓. This not a difficult pattern however every time I want to start a new blankie, I have to go find a pattern because I cannot remember what to do with those first 4 little squares!!
Have tried a practice square before attempting a larger baby blanket. I'm so impressed. Your instructions are clear and concise. Love your tutorials. They have helped me brush up on my meagre crochet skills.
You are about the best instructor of C2C I have seen so far. Can't wait to get started on crocheting one for my granddaughter to take to college. I know that she will treasure it. Thank you for sharing your expertise.
I watched various videos on how to teach myself corner to corner and this was the only one that made any sense! Simple, easy to understand and teaches at a perfect pace. I've almost finished my first blanket. Thank you so much!
Sandra Valence how fantastic! It makes me so happy when I get feedback like this, I'll bet your project is looking gorgeous. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this comment. Rebekah
I have tried for about two months to understand how to do the C2C crochet method and always was frustrated until I found your video. You are so patient and easy-to-follow that I was able to pick everything up and start on my first C2C project. I can’t thank you enough.
Making this for the first time. It is lovely. Thank you for your simple and precise instructions. I have also made your Fluffy Clouds baby blanket and it is gorgeous. I look forward to trying more of your patterns.
My Grandmother taught this to me but your tutorial made it seem so much easier. Thanks My Mother could never understand but I know she will be able to get this for sure Thanks
I can’t believe how easy this was... I was putting it off until I found your channel.. You speak so clearly and so easy to understand. Thank you so much. I look forward to watching more of your tutorials!
I had this video saved for the longest time but kept putting off trying it for fear of failing. I have since made two (both for me!) using the Baby Blossom Chunky yarn and I love them! They are so warm and cuddly 😊 I did struggle a bit when it was time to start the narrowing: for some reason I always had an extra top stitch when I would do the turn, so I just skipped one each time. I guess they came out ok! Thank you for sharing the video. Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2020!
Thank you so much for this fabulous tutorial! I have struggled with other versions; but your's is the most understandable. It has finally clicked for me. I love your gentle style of teaching.
I love your videos! Thank you for taking the time to do them. I’m on my third C2C project. Can you do a tutorial for the C2C in a round? I love this pattern but have only come across one video showing how to do it and I got lost. I know I will be able to do this following a video from you because you are very thorough in your demonstrations
Hello Robin. I have found you to be very easy to follow. As I'm crocheting this beautiful pattern and watching it grow, I'm wondering if I just keep repeating the pattern until it is the blanket size I want? Also, I was watching how you were doing a decrease. Could you please tell me what the significance of the decrease is? I don't quite understand. Thank you so much for your videos.
thank you for making such a great video without too much chatter, no distracting fingernails, you go an easy speed, and your voice is easy to listen to and understand. i am working on my first c2c blanket which will be rectangular. am i understanding that i will decrease on one side (and the same side) and increase on the other until i reach the desired length? and then to complete, i will decrease on each side of every row? thank you!
Hi Leilla, thank you for your lovely comment... It's GREAT to get feedback about what works well and what doesn't. As for making it rectangular, if you have a look through my videos, I actually have a tutorial on how to do it :)
thank you.your calm relaxed tone and simplicity of explination , made it very easy form me to follow andi managed it first time round. keep up the vidio .kimberley. ireland.
Hi have just watched your video am going to use this pattern for a baby blanket in white with mint green and Gray border look forward to your next video
I am so sorry I have a BAD habit of only paying attention to the tools and yarn I am suppose to use on the videos. I apologize. This is really a great video I learned exactly what I wanted to.. Thank You.
I love your videos! This may be my favorite stitch. I am almost finished making a baby blanket but I made it too small. Can you suggest a good border for this stitch that you hopefully have a tutorial for already?
I am making this blanket now and ready to decrease - I notice you only slip stitch to 2 if the 3 dc when turning.... is that correct? Just curious why you don’t catch all 3
Hello love, I was wondering if an average c2c baby blanket would use more/less yarn than a " US term " dc or sc regular crocheted baby blanket.? What ya think hon ? 🌹❣️😘🌹❣️👼
Hello, I have subscribed, your video was the best and easiest to follow. I can't wait to start this pattern. I was hoping to make a rectangle blanket with this. Do you have a tutorial for a rectangle c2c? Thank you.
i am making the corner to corner with the baby blossom. what is the trick of getting it to look like flower buds. mine is just looking like a verigated yarn effect.
A very good tutorial. I just finished mine. How did you make the pink one? Two pinks and white with green? How did you do the green in it? Very pretty Thank you.
Hi Heather, if you want a square, then yes, decrease on both sides like the video, however, if you want a rectangle, then try following my C2C Rectangle tutorial. Hope this helps! Rebekah

Check out the playlists on her channel. She has one that's a collection of borders :)

So you’re using a 5.5mm hook with chunky yarn.. what hook size would you recommend for a worsted weight / 4 weight yarn?

Hey can you make a tutorial making a circle blanket using the waffle stitch Mine keep turning into a hat
Hello love, I was wondering if an average c2c baby blanket would use more/less yarn than a " US term " dc or sc regular crocheted baby blanket.? What ya think hon ? 🌹❣️😘🌹❣️👼
I enjoyed this tutorial, but have you ever done a c2c single crochet(US term)? I have seen a Half-Double but I was looking for single
My apologies if I missed this, but what size will the finished product be. (Going off of your lovely pattern from Ravelry) - Thank you
Hello, I have subscribed, your video was the best and easiest to follow. I can't wait to start this pattern. I was hoping to make a rectangle blanket with this. Do you have a tutorial for a rectangle c2c? Thank you.
Hi Annita, yes I do have a tutorial for a rectangle C2C ... Just have a little scroll down on my channel and I hope you'll see it. Rebekah.
How do you know how much yarn needed and when to start decreasing?
i am making the corner to corner with the baby blossom. what is the trick of getting it to look like flower buds. mine is just looking like a verigated yarn effect.
Thank you so much!!!
I am planning to make a blanket for a toddler with the baby blossom bouquet chunky but have no idea how much to purchase! Any ideas?
For the one I made, I used 3 balls and that was a baby size, for a toddler I would say 4/5 depending how long you want it to last them as they grow 🥰
How did you make the blanket with the pattern used to demonstrate trim. You provided the yarn type but not how to make it.
This is not super easy! Beautiful but not for beginner me, lol! Maybe one day I'll be able to do this one.
Can you tell me please what shade of marble chunky are you using here? I love it. Thank you.
Of course, it's MC20 (not the most exciting of names!!) Rebekah.
Blossom Crochet Thank you! ;-)
Ratjer than count back 4, while chaining put your thumb on the fourth chain. Saves a LOT of counting time.
She is doing that for the sake of ( tutorial )
A very good tutorial. I just finished mine. How did you make the pink one? Two pinks and white with green? How did you do the green in it? Very pretty Thank you.
Hi, the pink yarn actually comes like that, it's Hayfield Baby Blossom Chunky in Bouquet :)
You are saying Treble Crochet but you are doing Double Crochet, which is correct..
Hi Patsy. I am doing UK trebles/USA doubles. I do try to always mention both terms when doing my videos, apologies if you missed that bit.
Have done several of these. What is the name of the stitch? TIA 💜
It’s a Corner to Corner 😊
July1 Monday wet and foggy day
Do you decrease at the same time
Hi Heather, if you want a square, then yes, decrease on both sides like the video, however, if you want a rectangle, then try following my C2C Rectangle tutorial. Hope this helps! Rebekah
can't :(
I don't understand why must people do the slip stitch on the hook in such a complicated way. my way is one simple step.
Maybe you should make your own tutorial, then.
u r very helpful and I learned a lot, did my 1st c2c, but now I need to decrease.
