In our study of Revelation this morning the pastor told us about his trip to Hungary as part of the mission they evangelized in some park and one of the ladies with our church was there and an "atheist" was asking her questions that she couldn't answer, so she shared the gospel for every one of his questions. The next day he came back and told her that the night before all he could think about was the gospel she shared with him in the park the previous day. He is saved now. However, as far as I'm aware, there is no physical harm in the act of sex between mature and healthy heterosexual couples. There can be complications in pregnancy. Not sure what you mean by inherently. If you mean by default, naturally, I think all are. Maybe some more than others. But keeping hygene to today's human standard is hardly natural. If we take into account the use of modern stuff, pretty much all of them can be performed in a sanitary way.

You can get feces in your urethra and get a urinary track infection or even a bladder infection that may kill you in a week if untreated. Ask a doctor for details. This is what I mean be inherently unsanitary.
Do you really think the gay community is going to admit that condoms are necessary in their sex acts to protect their health. They can't. For that's the same as admitting that there was a good reason to prohibit gay marriage before condoms and lubricants were available. Even if that were the case, heterosexual sex is necessary to maintain the human species. However, as far as I'm aware, there is no physical harm in the act of sex between mature and healthy heterosexual couples. There can be complications in pregnancy. But that does not necessarily have anything to do with the sexual act itself. You can still get those problems with artificial insemination.
