I am very inspired by your detailed builds, everything is very clear and understandable. Could you do an equally detailed review of the canonical commissary officer like the legendary Ciaphas Cain?
For this build, I would pick Controlled Shot over Rapid Fire. Once the flamer starts to come into its own you probably won't be using burst weapons, and Controlled Shot gives any melee characters that went first an extra layer of protection from your own attacks. With that said, this build looks amazing and I'm 100% going to play this when I do a Dogmatic run. I'm also curious to know how well Argenta would fit into this build.
-IIRC flamers arrive so late in Act 1 that it makes sense to build for bursts at lover level and then respec.- [I did definitely not remember correctly: handflamers start raining down Rykad Minoris' Upperway as soon as you set foot on it. @@MassimoDelpietro-b2j Late reply, but you can also get your very first 2h-flamer from the pirate traders in act 1, given that you were not blasting their ship into oblivion or Argenta is not using the flamer already.
Hey! Im in LOVE with this build right now hahaha, I was looking for a dogmatic playtrough and this just might be it! Warrior into archmilitant or executioner could be amazing, and wioth the device that lets you use stimulants to stack arch militant bonuses you can stack like crazy while bleeding and slashing around
Fantastic once again, love your builds! Only one question remains, any STR focused warrior arch-militant build incoming? (no psyker) Would love to see some crazy OP melee/pistol build, and you are master of doing such crazy builds to be fair :) arch-mili warrs are very scarce to find out here
I recently completed RT with warrior-arch militant It's pretty fun, also it's a same flavour as this build, with focus on chain weapons and one-handed flamers If you want to try it yourself, then focus on mobility and aoe damage in warrior talents and versitility and survivability in AM talents
@skaalvargaming3341 well I have some more insights from this playthrough Charge counts as single target melee attack for versitility stacks Dual wield common talent is a musthave Biomancer's ability that gives extra turn and officers "bring it down" can be used on the same character in the same round
@@LordAgrail I see! This is really helpful, I never even noticed that charge counts that way, I guess I tried to play it, didn't seem easy and just gave up and went for bleed executioner, I need to give arch-mili a second chance :)
Hey man absolutely loving your builds, especially the pyro Parker build. Thanks so much for all the effort you go through to make them. Just wondering you’re planning on making a new Ulfar build?
Аргента с тяжелым огнеметом очень сильна. Вообще обычные огнеметы не очень, тяжелые на много сильнее, а главное накрывают на много большую площадь... Абеляру или мельту или дробовик нормально.
@cRPG Bro I admit to being curious.. why go this route and not the Arch Militant one? It seems like the fact that they can basically get Heavy Flamer Shots for Free every turn on TOP of their Normal and any others, as well as their stacking Class feature that increases their BS skill and such (as well as other damage bonuses) would make them at least as good (or maybe better). Mind you, I am not the best at keeping up with everything, nor have I even beaten the game yet, so I am not the most familiar with either setup... just seems like it would be a good one. Thank you for taking the time and patience with me.
So, I’ve been thinking. In your guides when you are halfway through Exemplar you get to the point where Archetype become meh. But at Exemplar you can’t substitute it with a common talent. So maybe could you point to a sort of breakpoint? And when you do a respecc at max level you know you can pick for example 6 common talents before following your guide and still end up with the full build at 55? While progressing you need to pick the strongest ones first, naturally. But towards the end maybe being allowed skill rerolls through talents might be preferred to a tiny DPS bump.

I know what you mean but you can still be strong, and Psyker are crazy strong after all what is power of steel when you can snap tittan in half or turn someone inside out with out even lifting a finger.
I agree, owlcat are masters at creating power fantasy where you have godlike powers in late game and I don't think they should change anything about it. Still it's hard to justify taking something like crimelord since you'll stick to 1 character for tens of hours and you'll feel that you could be much stronger at almost every point of the game
It's funny we're complaining about this because flamethrowers are a bad weapon that benefits from psyker the most. A soldier with a burst weapon or sniper can perform as good or better without psyker talents
