Konami have gotten weird like how they got a top tier deck and made it available as a structure deck instead of sell each card separately in booster packs or something
The deck is really good!!! Surprisingly my Heroes can keep up with it even though Stratos would be an amazing support to help keep up with all the Pendulums

i don't really like pendulums alot but when synchrons came out they seemed so goddamn broken same thing with xzy. but i think konami will make some anti pendulum decks, actually lots of decks can make a pendulum player hate himself "i mean real decks, not strcuture deck based" like chain burn of final countdown decks.. or even anti special summon decks. and as strcuture decks emperor of darkness fully edited deck is a very good match a ready master if pendulum deck, infact it may even be stronger depending on the player strategies
nah they brought a bit of life into the game actually, they coordinate with the other types of summoning really well.

+Dominick Absolom No, what you people don't see is that stratos would be splashed into pendulum decks if it came back and would only make them stronger. Normal summon stratos, search shadow mist, pendulum summon shadow mist, search mask change. For the price of one card you now have stratos and dark law on the field and possibly bubbleman in hand (if you played MC in your opponent's turn).
+Infinite Loop and if you don't feel like normal summoning stratos for whatever reason he still gets an effect if you feel like pendulum summoning that dude which is awesome

And to think that even at 1, Kirin could pop it back to hand and you could normal and search again.

Well since I'm guessing you can't just order online for some reason than I guess you can usually get a game store to order one of those pack boxes if Yugioh does ok in that store even some of the older ones that you usually would have a hard time finding the only downside is that you have to wait a while for the shipment to come in

I have come to the conclusion that stratos is still banned because of his spell destruction effect; not his searching ability. if konomi puts him at 3 then you could technically run 6 mst's
he's not banned for his mst effect. They wanted to make beelze viable so to do so malicious went to 3 and stratos 0 same with plaguespreader zombie to 3

+TheManga444 the black ones xyz's (ex-ceeds) they have a requirement of lets say 2 level 4 monsters then you stack those monsters under the black card which is in your extra deck. to use its effect you detach an xyz material by sending one of the cards stacked under the xyz to the graveyard

For all struckture decks you must buy at least 3 packs. There are few that work well with only two, but for SD's you should always aim for three.

In structure decks, are you automatically give what's said on the back of the pack? Or is it random and you have a chance to get the cards listed on the back of the box?

Dont think so. You might also need some to get some Majespecters namely Kirin + staples + sidedeck if you dont want to get crushed. (Right now people also run Odd eyes rebellion and Odd eyes Vortex which are 20$ or more each.)

So what am I missing? I really don't get why this deck is so hyped. I have never lost to this deck and I'm playing a HERO deck. Dark law makes a joke out of pendulums because they can never be sent to the extra deck while he's out. Also a lot of cards people main deck are to stop other pendulum decks, so wavering eyes is worthless against me. Fairy wind is amazing against this deck, so is my crush card virus. I'm totally picking up this deck because I need some of the common cards but I just need to know is there something I have yet to encounter?

+SkyFire2112 it's hyped because of notice and other solemm cards, it can pretty much set 3 notice in the first turn, after that there's pretty much nothing you can do
+PedroFelix actually you are mixing up, this is the odd eyes magician deck, that one that can set 3 solemn advices and warning, is in one video of azneyes, i think it was called the new dragon rulers or something like that.
Moga Lord no it's the counter fairy's deck, that has a heavy performapals build,
+PedroFelix the performapal/mages, Ariadne, Dracoslayers deck? That deck is stupid strong but it has weaknesses too. It can sometimes has dead draws but that's on rare occasions.
