+Djayscratcher I don't think they would make a Waking the Dragons deck. The Legendary Dragon cards are supposed to be rare, and making such a thing would deface their value.
Not what i meant, i meant the actual card is rare, not if it's a foil or not. And i agree, they should totally make a Kaiba themed one, with 3 ultra rare Blue-Eyes, ultra Ultimate Dragon and maybe Crush-Card or something. I dunno about Joey, his deck stays the same except some changes.

You know what's funny is that Dark Magician Girl wasn't introduced until Battle City in the show. But they put her in Yugi's Exodia deck for some reason.
That's not the only error, in 1st deck silver fang is missing for example, like whaaat, and ritual magician of chaos has been used in duelist kingdom only....these "Yugi's decks" are pretty inaccurate

Technically they had this product as three separate things. Each one costed as much as a single box of ours.
Also, West and East have different interests. Hence why our booster packs are quite different.

The Illuminati pendulum cards just made the game unplayable. if theres one that lets you summon level 10 monsters then you can get all the god cards out at once.

If I actually played still, I would love those Dark Magician support cards. I would even settle for that Duelist Kingdom deck. Such a nostalgic season, despite how broken the game was during that. There were a few cards I think they missed. They still haven't printed Horn Imp and I don't know why. If I ever have enough money and I see this, I might get it. But I'd rather save up for other things I'll actually use. Glad they printed the original Dark Magician again. I have two of those and it's my favorite iteration rather than the over-printed "tablet" DM. Hell the super rare first-edition looks so much better in my eyes now.

this is why i don't spoil new sets and look up the contents prior to the release. Yeah you get excited to see the cards and sets contents in a list form. but you get double excited when you see all the new stuff in the palm of your hands and the glory they represent.

I wonder how many players are actually going to keep these decks the way they are without modification or taking cards out that they need for other decks? Just keep the decks stock and play for old school dueling fun with family and friends. That is why Konami came out with this in my opinion.

13~ years ago I made it my duty to collect all Yugi Cards, I don't play or do anything anymore with these and still I'm like "MUSTTTT HAVEEEEE THISSS!". Prices are over 120 Dollars though these days..

I think that is pretty damn good But you forgot grappler :( It was only used once by ghost kaiba and has never been printed in english. They printed griffore so why not grappler. I also think it should have 3 original art blue-eyes because how can you not right xD

Just got this box. Found it hidden behind all kinds of cards at Walmart, didn't even know where to look because they had absolutely no yugioh cards left. Using a dark magician deck I was super excited when it was announced but couldn't find one till now. I was just as excited as this guy when I looked through it! There is already a Pegasus deck
they're making a legendary decks 2 with a yugi deck, a kaiba deck and a joey deck in October this year, it's going to have playable versions of all 3 god cards, a set of exodia, 3 secret rares. kaibas deck is based around blue eyes and joeys is based around red eyes. the sad thing is though that they're likely making exodia in common and also the god cards in common :(

Finally got this! So fucking worth it! All the cards are amazing, and you can really see, that they put a lot of effort, to make the decks symbolize the different seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh! And also how the decks evolve and become more technical from Exodia to Battle City to Gadget. So fucking sweet, don't regret it one bit

+Miguel Gonzalez You get the playable God Cards in either Battle Pack 2: War of the Giants or Premium Gold, which both are out of print, so you got to buy all 3 of them seperately, unless konami reprints them in a future product
I prefer the non playable god cards, the colours look more awesome and it makes the cards more unique, thus enhancing their individual power that surrounds them in our imaginations. The problem with the playable ones is they dont have ANY colour. I get that it needs a regular back to be played but they should still have the fronts to be the same, Ra should be yellow, Obelisk, blue and Slifer, red. Theyre all the boring brown of the effect monster card and from personal experience it makes them way less magical. Also with these god cards with colour you can use the anime effects which for ra basically make him unstoppable. But to be honest if they want playable god cards they need to change ra's effect. Its ridiculous. Go back to the tributing monsters and their attacks combined equal ras attack. Right now ra is basically useless: 3 tributes for a maximum atk of around 2000, so you can utilise his other ability better and even then it makes you vulnerable to any effect card. They really need to change him. My idea was all tributed monsters' atks halved and added together, so you can tribute a blue eyes monster and not lose out.
You prefer non playable god cards? Are you a collector, cuz players usually prefer the playable gods so they can at least use them?
I haven’t played Yugioh since like 04 N i was a little kid back then. I was recently recommended these Yugioh Opening videos and stumbled upon yours. All these years later, I am interested in collecting and probly just collecting. You are absolutely right! Who ever likes Yugioh just a little..... will ABSOLUTELY LOVE this box. For sure i do. One of the Greatest Yugioh products so far.

I checked on eBay two days ago and saw a guy selling his mint unopened Exodia deck for 55$ and immediately had to order it. It was the cheapest single Exodia deck I could find on the internet, the rest were just the Exodia pieces which were 45 dollars at least and didn't think it was worth for 45 and no other cards lol. usually the Exodia (Duelist Kingdom) single decks run for at least 65 to 90 bucks 😢 Anyways I hope you get your hands on this set, I'm hunting to collect all of these 😎

They are not dated but the older cards of course will be worth more but the rarer ones will drop in price since you have a 100% chance of getting a newer version of it now.

This is the best box collection of cards that ever came out. (I bought two because I wanted two Dark Renewals for my Spellcaster Deck), although I must say that having Yugi's three decks is EPIC! However, I wouldn't Duel with them, because the decks are out of balance.
Yugi had said in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Master's Guide that it was important to keep a well-balanced deck with the ratio of monster cards and Spell/Trap at 50/50, as it's difficult to Duel if there's too many monster cards or too many Spell/Trap cards. These decks did not follow that example. The ratio of Spell/Trap cards are higher than the Monster cards' ratio
If I can't draw an instant-playable monster card when I really need to, it's a bad deck.
Don't get me wrong, I love these decks and the classic cards they have in them, I'm just saying that these decks hurt the chances of winning since there are too many Spell/Trap cards.

It's probably because "Yugi's Legendary Decks." was re-released thus making yours not part of the first edition. They could be fake also but if you got it at a big name retailer they're probably not fake

so i got the box and the first thing of Yu-Gi-Oh i buy in like 10 years has a fault, i got 2 right arms of exodia en 2 left arms of exodia and no leggs XD wel fuck me sideways.

One thing people aren't thinking about is the more they mass produce boxes like this where these rare cards are available to anyone guaranteed the more those said cards lose their value.
i got mine today and i think it is awesome and i really hope the make more of these for different characters specifically either Kaiba or Jaden

They give us all of these garbage vanillas (seriously? Griffore?), and some banned cards we can't take to locals, only to give us a super badass card we can't even fuckin' play even outside of tournaments. =_=
The only cards worth shit in here gameplay-wise are BLS and some cards from the last 2 decks. This box's only purpose is for nostalgia.
But to be fair, it's still an alright box because it's an over $30 value for just $30.

have you heard about the legacy decks 2?? konami is putting not only the complete set of exodia, but all three god cards that are playable in one deck!! as well as a Joey deck centered around red eyes and a kiaba deck centered around blue eyes! ships in October. so stoked for it. especially after getting a couple boxes of this one
I have not bought a single Yu-Gi-Oh card or pack or anything since around the time GX was ending, but I really need this. Once I saw that the backs of the God Cards were the corresponding colors my mind was made up.
