I really hope that Legendary Decks 3 will be the villains, containing Pegasus, Marik and Bakura, and then we get Legendary Decks 4 which is based on Jaden, having his E-hero deck, his Neos deck and then the deck from the manga with Stratus, Heat and Gaia.
see cool decks with powerfull cards. so WHY DAFUQ DOES PENDULUM EXIST AND XYZ. synchro is acceptable as its kinda like fusion but without polymerization but why do we need pendulum. WE DONT it makes the game from a 10-15 minute game to a 5 minute game
Couldn't agree more... I tried YGOPRO for the first time yesterday, made a deck and hoped to have fun... First turn I start with a monster and a face down card. Then comes the other guy's turn. He had a 10 minute turn in which he destroyed both my cards, summoned 5 monsters with 3000ATK or more that I don't even know about and just defeated me. Didn't get a chance to play again. Wrecked and ruined.
They may be liked but they ruined the game, it was so much more fun without of this power, It was so satisfying when you would spend a few turns trying to get out a card with high attack for its time, like Dark magician, which in some cases could have won you the game. But now its like I can summon 5 monsters that all have 3k Attack and win the game..

It's so cool to see them basically make a God Card of Exodia. It was the original God in the series before the other three showed up so its nice to see it getting a single over powered card that can just rip the opponent apart.
I am wondering why Konami didn't put Thousand Dragon in Joeys Deck. Since it has Time Wizard and Baby Dragon in it, why not reprint it in Ultra-Rare f.e.? It was Joeys first Fusion-Monster after all.
nah slifer and ra are pretty useless in this meta...only Obelisk could maybe do sth because he is resistent against effects . But Slifer and Ra are still more Badass in my Opinion.
yeah my opponents have seen blue-eyes and they died in the battle but ofcourse they survived to tell that i had them. its not even that good of a card alone but awesome to keep on tributing using azure-eye's effect!

I FRIGGN LOVE the old classic cards like vorse raider, battle ox, etc, and I LOVE the new cards too! This is so perfect for my collection, who needs to play competitively when you can buy the legendary deck sets and build awesome nostalgic decks to play with friends and family :')

You asked if they were gonna make a like super ultimate secret rare version of Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon...well, there is one technically, and I still have it. Shonen Jump used to (maybe they still do) put ultra and secret rare, limited edition cards in magazine issues once in a while. I have a limited edition Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon from Shonen Jump (same artwork, but different holo effect, and it's limited edition), and besides eBay that was the only way to get that version of Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon. I also have a limited edition Obelisk the Tormentor from the same magazine, but it's definitely a unique one of a kind Obelisk. Completely Original and unique artwork for it, looks way different than the version that you can get in this box and in the 2016 Kaiba Tin (look it up online, amazing looking card). But yeah, just thought I'd answer your question in case you didn't already know it, if you want the unique, different, and imo better version of Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, you'd have to look up the Shonen Jump version on eBay (might be pricey I'm not sure, as it was only obtained via the magazine (and this was like 2006/7) back then, and now only obtainable via eBay). Definitely worth having, along with the unique Obelisk, in your collection though bro! 😎
I thought I was the only one. I saw other opening videos, and in their box, Yugi's deck was always in the middle with Kaiba's and Joey's to the left and right respectively. Mine had Kaiba's in the middle with Yugi's on the left, just like yours.
Mrchicken 123 I'd say blue eyes is better than red eyes overall but it really depends on the deck and how you use it if you bought 3 of these though it's a good base because it gives you most of the cards you need for the red eyes deck but you do have to add things my deck consists of 1 arkbrave dragon, 3 red eyes black flare dragon, 3 red eyes black dragon, 1 red eyes arch fiend of lightning, 2 meteor dragon red eyes impact, 3 the black stone of legend, 3 ghost ogre and snow rabbit, 2 rider of the storm winds. That's the monsters the spells are 1 return of the Dragon lords and 3 silent doom it would be better t run 3 return of the Dragon lords and 1 silent doom, but I only have 1 at the time, 1 dragon ravine, 1 foolish burial it's limited to 1, 3 cards of the red stone it's great it gets 2 red eyes into the graveyard which is good and let's you draw 2 cards so it thins out your deck a little, 3 red eyes fusion it let's you fuse from the deck hand or field and it gets red eyes monsters in the graveyard, and 3 twin twisters I don't have many counter traps and twin twisters is just a great card you have to discard one card and that can be a red eyes which is good and mst 2 cards on the field. For the traps I have 1 solem strike I was lucky to get in in the obelisk mega tin it's a pricy card but it's really good, 1 compulsory evacuation device, 2 return of the red eyes, and 3 call of the haunted. For the extra deck I have 1 meteor black comet dragon and 2 arch fiend black skull dragon meteor dragon is better though I'd run 2 of it and 1 of the black skull dragon but I only have 1, 1 master of blades, 1 mecha phantom beast dracossack, 1 #24 dragulas the vampiric dragon, 3 red eyes flare metal dragon he's the best especially if you get 2 on the field he's not effected by card effects and your opponent loses 500 points for every card or effect they use so if you get 2 they basically take 1000 damage for everything lol its a great later game card, 1 clear wing synchro dragon, 1 scarlight red dragon archfiend, and 1 azure eyes silver dragon. It's not the best deck but it's worked pretty well for me so far I don't compete though I only play my friends but my friend competes and I can play pretty even against him this could be competitive on a local lvl. It's really fun to play this deck though
yugis deck is a dam mess lmao. all exodia pieces n god cards along with all those high level monsters its just a train wreck. people are underestimating that joey deck. sending monsters from deck to grave then bringing it back or ss from hand, it will def be a good against kaiba deck.

My only complaint is that they didn't use the original Red-Eyes artwork! It's still awesome, nonetheless. Bought & opened mine yesterday and I'm extremely pleased. Great video, Simply!
I just got this set today :) It has some really good support for the decks and all of them work with a god card in a way of stalling and special summons And the dark magician and dark magician girl are strong together with the spells and traps from the 3 extra cards you get Blue-eyes white dragon and red-eyes black dragon are good for fusion summoning the xyz for red-eyes is hard to summon with the red-eyes deck though but the synchro for blue-eyes is not hard And I find it fun how exodia has become now it is more of a strong monster you want then what it use to be but you can get the 5 cards in your hand with many effects so there is a chance you still win that way most easy way for that would be getting most pieces in the grave to make that exodia monster 5000 attack and control the field until you have your mirror force and then you use the trap card to get 2 normal monsters to your hand and you use its special ability for one and the spell to discard a card and get another piece of exodia or one other of the many ways but this might be a good strategy ^^

Konami needs to make a legendary decks with Pegasus, Marik, and Bakura. However, if Konami would make proper Orichalcos cards, Dartz would be cool to see.
I just bought a second one of these and it came with 2 ties of the brethren. so now I have three and no other cards were missing :) I was so happy I put it to use and it is awesome in a god/blue eyes / exodia deck. all I need is 3 wabaku and 3 mystic wok. XP but yea that was besides the point. I thought of simply unlucky when I noticed I got lucky lol
Blue Eyes Ultimate was a secret rare promo for the I think the 3rd anniversary of SJ Magazine around like a decade ago.. haha mine was stole along with a lot of other cards I had when I stayed the night at my cousin home after his mom's funeral. One of his friend's at the time stole them.

I have a limited edition Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon from Shonen Jump (same artwork, but different holo effect, and it's limited edition), and besides eBay that was the only way to get that version of Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon. I also have a limited edition Obelisk the Tormentor from the same magazine, but it's definitely a unique one of a kind Obelisk. Completely Original and unique artwork for it, looks way different than the version that you can get in this box and in the 2016 Kaiba Tin (look it up online, amazing looking card).
But yeah, just thought I'd answer your question in case you didn't already know it, if you want the unique, different, and imo better version of Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, you'd have to look up the Shonen Jump version on eBay (might be pricey I'm not sure, as it was only obtained via the magazine (and this was like 2006/7) back then, and now only obtainable via eBay). Definitely worth having, along with the unique Obelisk, in your collection though bro! 😎
I thought I was the only one. I saw other opening videos, and in their box, Yugi's deck was always in the middle with Kaiba's and Joey's to the left and right respectively. Mine had Kaiba's in the middle with Yugi's on the left, just like yours.
with 3 copies of this set you can make an awesome red eyes deck that get rank 7s out very easy
plus with flare metal dragon really the only way to kill him is if you use up his material or with higher attack

Mrchicken 123 I'd say blue eyes is better than red eyes overall but it really depends on the deck and how you use it if you bought 3 of these though it's a good base because it gives you most of the cards you need for the red eyes deck but you do have to add things my deck consists of 1 arkbrave dragon, 3 red eyes black flare dragon, 3 red eyes black dragon, 1 red eyes arch fiend of lightning, 2 meteor dragon red eyes impact, 3 the black stone of legend, 3 ghost ogre and snow rabbit, 2 rider of the storm winds. That's the monsters the spells are 1 return of the Dragon lords and 3 silent doom it would be better t run 3 return of the Dragon lords and 1 silent doom, but I only have 1 at the time, 1 dragon ravine, 1 foolish burial it's limited to 1, 3 cards of the red stone it's great it gets 2 red eyes into the graveyard which is good and let's you draw 2 cards so it thins out your deck a little, 3 red eyes fusion it let's you fuse from the deck hand or field and it gets red eyes monsters in the graveyard, and 3 twin twisters I don't have many counter traps and twin twisters is just a great card you have to discard one card and that can be a red eyes which is good and mst 2 cards on the field. For the traps I have 1 solem strike I was lucky to get in in the obelisk mega tin it's a pricy card but it's really good, 1 compulsory evacuation device, 2 return of the red eyes, and 3 call of the haunted. For the extra deck I have 1 meteor black comet dragon and 2 arch fiend black skull dragon meteor dragon is better though I'd run 2 of it and 1 of the black skull dragon but I only have 1, 1 master of blades, 1 mecha phantom beast dracossack, 1 #24 dragulas the vampiric dragon, 3 red eyes flare metal dragon he's the best especially if you get 2 on the field he's not effected by card effects and your opponent loses 500 points for every card or effect they use so if you get 2 they basically take 1000 damage for everything lol its a great later game card, 1 clear wing synchro dragon, 1 scarlight red dragon archfiend, and 1 azure eyes silver dragon. It's not the best deck but it's worked pretty well for me so far I don't compete though I only play my friends but my friend competes and I can play pretty even against him this could be competitive on a local lvl. It's really fun to play this deck though

yugis deck is a dam mess lmao. all exodia pieces n god cards along with all those high level monsters its just a train wreck. people are underestimating that joey deck. sending monsters from deck to grave then bringing it back or ss from hand, it will def be a good against kaiba deck.

I just got this set today :)
It has some really good support for the decks and all of them work with a god card in a way of stalling and special summons
And the dark magician and dark magician girl are strong together with the spells and traps from the 3 extra cards you get
Blue-eyes white dragon and red-eyes black dragon are good for fusion summoning the xyz for red-eyes is hard to summon with the red-eyes deck though but the synchro for blue-eyes is not hard
And I find it fun how exodia has become now it is more of a strong monster you want then what it use to be but you can get the 5 cards in your hand with many effects so there is a chance you still win that way most easy way for that would be getting most pieces in the grave to make that exodia monster 5000 attack and control the field until you have your mirror force and then you use the trap card to get 2 normal monsters to your hand and you use its special ability for one and the spell to discard a card and get another piece of exodia or one other of the many ways but this might be a good strategy ^^

Konami needs to make a legendary decks with Pegasus, Marik, and Bakura. However, if Konami would make proper Orichalcos cards, Dartz would be cool to see.

I just bought a second one of these and it came with 2 ties of the brethren. so now I have three and no other cards were missing :) I was so happy I put it to use and it is awesome in a god/blue eyes / exodia deck. all I need is 3 wabaku and 3 mystic wok. XP but yea that was besides the point. I thought of simply unlucky when I noticed I got lucky lol

Blue Eyes Ultimate was a secret rare promo for the I think the 3rd anniversary of SJ Magazine around like a decade ago.. haha mine was stole along with a lot of other cards I had when I stayed the night at my cousin home after his mom's funeral. One of his friend's at the time stole them.
