Maybe even add Lord Of D ( Dragon ) to make any dragon types immune to spell and trap cards as long as it's on the field . It would go very well with this deck !
This structure deck got me back into yugioh, it's so very good to see blue-eyes finnally reclaim at least some semblance of strength since sdk days. Really sad though that as popular as it is maiden and azure both are prime candidates for limiting in forthcoming banlists :/

I bought this deck a couple of days ago and accidentally got two Azure-Eyes Silver Dragons in it. Pretty crazy, huh?

I combined this with the Kaiba Reloaded starter deck... FANTASTIC COMBO! Great synergy with all the cards.
Konami should make more cards focused around Buster Blader, the only support for Blader we have is Skilled White Magician
theres lots of Buster Blade cards out there now but its all level 1 monsters really but still strong

Everyone start with this. It comes with a compuls and fiendish chain. Those are amazing staples that work with any deck!
Isn't Fiendish Chain just a weaker version of Shadow Spell (which you can get in Starter deck Kaiba reloaded)?
Ohtori Sakuya No, Fiendish chain is much better, Negating an effect can be pretty vital nowadays
Reaperscreepers But it only works on effect monsters, so you're screwed if a monster without ability attacks you, as opposed to Shadow Spell that works on every target.
Ohtori Sakuya That's the point of fiendish chain, to get rid of annoying card effects, the not attacking part is just an extra. Why use shadow spell when you can destroy the monster instead with sakuretsu/mirror force/dimensional prison, ETC?
Maybe the effect monster has an effect of not being able to be destroyed by card effects/battle, use fiendish chain and then you'll be able to get rid of it.
***** Space-Time Showdown came with a lot of good support, but you can't really make efficient use of the pendulum summoning with it. I'd wait until there's a pendulum structure deck if you're not looking for the support cards.
a couple of years before this was released my friend had the EXACT same cards in his deck. Since this has been released he changed his deck to a fairy deck. lol

thats how it was before pendulums were released (i believe). if you look at some really old tuner cards none of them say effect at the end.
that's a possibility but we may have to wait a while, the blue-eyes structure deck was made to celebrate the 25th structure deck, so for a dark magician deck we may be waiting a while
its been years since i last played. saw this deck at an lgs for 4 dollars. ive lost 5 times to the obelisk deck today but that one win as worth all of it

Yeah it's not bad but as far as I'm concerned it still needs more cards in both the extra deck & main deck due 2 effects of the cards in the main deck in order 4 it 2 be bettet prepped/ready 2 really duel with!

If u want ds deck, it is recommendable to buy 3 packs of it, together w/ one yugi structure deck reloaded then build a deck around 45-48 cards together w/ 3 copies of azure eyes to the extra deck.
Funniest part is blue eyes attack is called "white lightning" not burst stream lol

I bought it today, and let me tell you that I bought it to play with friends and for collecting reasons. Its not good for competitive play at all (which is sad). The old cards and decks are way too weak compared to the xyz and pendulum bullshit. I can recommend it, its a nice to have deck with some great cards, but if you want to play competetive this isnt the deck for you.

+DPritchard16000 It really depends. The big issue with Yugioh is this: The game has been around for a long time, and due to that there are many many cards. But you cant compare the old cards with the new ones. The newer cards are pretty strong, the older ones are rather weak nowadays. If you play this deck (which is an older one) against a newer one with the new xyz and pendulum cards you are likely to lose. If you want to play om tournaments this deck wont help you much. But if you just want to play with friends casually it does its job. The best thing is to buy the deck 3 times, that way you will be able to create a good deck out of the cards (again, good for the old standarts). I bought this deck for that purpose, to play with friends. We only use the old cards (nostalgia and stuff). Still, this deck is good for beginners since the newer cards arent in there, which can be quite complex. The old cards are rather easy to use and play. If you optimize the deck a bit and get used to it, youll maybe even be able to beat some newer decks.

What's nice is with the Value box you can possibly get a secret Blue Eyes White Dragon from The Duelist Pack Kaiba's. Unlimited but still a secret rare.
It would have been nice if they had done the original art for blue eyes. I also agree it would be cool if they did more saga decks, based on how great and how useful they are in dragon decks, it would be nice to see new cards for spell casters and other such decks

kind of... it's more like you take 2 decks of saga of blue eyes to make one base deck tho and stick random cards from dragon's collide into it like dragon's rebirth

This is probably one of the best structure decks in yugioh and coolest. I hope they make more structure decks revolving around a signature card rather than an archetype. It would also be epic if they make decks based on classic cards from the past like the Elemental Heroes. They are doing a Cyber Dragon structure deck which is epic.

guys can I ask something? If you set maiden with blue eyes face-down and then your opponent attacks it can you use her effect to negate attack or not?
No, since her Eff is not a flip eff it would be better to put her face-up. It would give you a lot more time to defence yourself.

+TheBrickBasher yeah, but let's say you have the battlin boxer dude(xyz monster that instead of being destroyed detach and gains 800 attack) and your opponent activates book of moon. Then raigeki(let's say for sake of the example) it's eff won't activate since is facedown and can't activate it. But if you think about it is better to put Maiden face up. Since let's say is flipped up and negate attack in def. you have 0 atk. And won't be able to negate it. So yeah a shit-ton of damage directly.
it says the Maiden's effect only works if you either attack her or use a card's effect on her; it didn't say what position should she be.
How do you actually use it? It negates the attack and changes battle position in order to special summon blue eyes white dragon. So everytime it's aimed for an attack you can use this effect? Isn't there any way to beat this card?
The rest of Spell Cards & Traps Cards needed 4 strengthening this deck are the ones like Forbidden Dress that have Protective styled effects that protects your monsters or your tag partners monsters against opponents card effects & even your own card effects or 2 weaken the opponents attacking monster(s)!
Maiden with Eyes of Blue is BROKEN!! Definitely a new favorite card, that one! Got three of them now and those girls can just SPAM Blue Eyes at your opponent which can be awesome for you and a major pain for them! Great stuff!

Can someone explain dragon shrine to me? Its seems likes dragon shrine will only hurt yourself
it allows you to get your blue eyes into your grave so you can special summon it with a silver's cry
Say I had a blue eyes and a plaguespreader zombie in my deck, I can play use dragon shine to get rid of the blues eyes and then the plaguespeader. Then I can use Plaguespreader effect and a silver's cry to resummon them and make a synchro monster! Basically making it great for setting up graveyard based combos.

You can send 2 strong monsters to the grave and then summon them with Monster Reborn, Premature Burial, Call of the Haunted etc.
you could also turn a buster blader on the field into a huge beefcake
It is, but they still included Monster Reborn in the Structure Deck because it was already announced long before the Ban List was.

i just found this at my local walmart today and couldnt believe it , scooped it right up
you underestimate castle of dragon souls. you can trigger blue eyes maiden effect every turn with it. also you can use it to draw 2 cards by activating the spell card that lets you tribute a permanent trap card. AND you special summon a dragon with it.
Union monsters can't be equiped from the hand and they can be special summoned while equipped...sooo that's why rider is not a union monster.
this is a damn good deck i got it when it first got released! it makes xyz summoning sooo easy and azure-eyes makes it easy to get out ultimate dragon or shining dragon

This deck is awesome, i know we used to have chaos dragons or hieratic builts but aint the same unless we use the legendary Blue Eyes White Dragon, and now tha game is returning to what it was in the beginning, decks like laval,infernity,evilswarm and mermail are still pretty strong and broken in theyre own way, but You dont feel the same unless you battle a Blue Eyes deck.
Haha! I agree with you on that one! I opened two fake Structure Decks and it was hilarious, I also bought a fake booster pack from a Gas Station near St. Louis and pulled a Dark Enchanter!! I still have it! xD

Yeah and make it be kinda like Batteryman Fuel Cell where if there is two cards with "Red-Eyes" in it's name you can SS it. Atk 2100-2300 in there somewhere with an effect like Fuel Cell. lol
well, depends on where you live; in australia, structure decks are 20 dollars and boosters are 5 dollars. if in australia, i'd say boosters, if not, two structure decks
would be nice 4 saga decks since this is of the Blue-Eyes, do one on Dark Magician, Red-Eyes and Relinquished so they would be like an more modern and playable versions of the 4 original starter deck from 2002 :D

I actually have the deck and modified it added two more blue eyes and couple of cards on my own and it can handle its and the maiden with eyes of blue is pretty broken i have it in the deck basically anything that targets i mean anything including traps spell effect will automatically will bring a blue eyes and also if attacked it negates it then brings a blue eyes from deck hand graveyard
in japan they've announced a structure deck centered around the cyber dragon and the cover card is a new one called "Cyber Dragon Nova"
