Tears For Fears has a unique sound all their own. Back in 1985 when this came out on the radio; it was like one day they started playing this song and then you heard it EVERYWHERE! Then came 'Shout' and 'Head Over Heels'. It wasn't until I started listening to song reactions (like this) that I really started to appreciate their music and sound. Sowing the Seeds of Love is another good one from them. I especially like the guitar work of Roland Orzabal. His solos aren't what you usually expect to hear. I'm more used to hearing a rock sound. His are quite different, in a good way. Hope you react to more of their songs.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Tears For Fears indeed has a unique sound that stood out in the 80s, and their songs like "Everybody Wants to Rule the World," "Shout," and "Head Over Heels" became instant classics. It's great to hear that you've come to appreciate their music even more through reactions like this. "Sowing the Seeds of Love" is another fantastic track from them. Roland Orzabal's guitar work is definitely distinctive and adds a special touch to their sound. We'll definitely consider reacting to more of their songs in the future! 🎶👍
@SimplyTwoDudes Forgot to mention how well the videos fit all their songs. "Head Over Heels" was fun and I enjoyed the song even more because of it. "Shout" added to the powerful anthem feel and you saw how much emotion went into their performance. Again, the video made me like the song even more. Both those songs stand out on their own because of the unique sound. The videos were an added bonus.
