    Hello.. can you please tell me why my dough puffs up when its done baking ? I have’t follow your recipe yet but i just wanted to know what am i might be doing .. thanks

      Freeze the "molds with the dough" before baking. once the dough is frozen it prevents puffing. Thanks for watching

      Thanks for your kind comments. Make sure you freeze tart shells for 20 min before baking. This helps to get non expanded shells if the dough got thawed during preparation.

    Also can I get total 6 smells out of that dough recipe that u have shown or do I have to increase the quantity thnk u

      The quantities in the recipe give 6 shells. You can cut 5 shells from the dough rolled to 3mm thickness. For the 6th shell, you need to roll the scraps again. The yellow fruit is sliced orange. You may use mango as well for yellow color.

    Can I keep the tarts in fridge after making them to serve next day

      Yes you can keep for one day. longer you keep the shell gets soggy

      AFTER IT COOLS U PLACE THEM IN A BOX CONTAINER N REFRIGERATE...WHEN U NEED TO STARY FILLING THEN U USE D SHELLS

    I like the recipe.
    But can you tell me how many tart shells total came out from 1 cup flour and 1 large egg yolk?

      Thanks for watching. My tart pans are with 4" (10cm) diameter and I get 6 shells. For the 6th shell, you have to use the scraps roll again.
