Love you're POWER Cardio Step Workout with Dumbbells - 30 min Sweat! It is a great workout to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to and it is a very challenging and intense workout and is a fun one to do especially at home

Been doing Chris’ videos for a few months now and I love how I can’t wait to pick a work out each day! This one was soooo good but I found it really tough especially the second round but pushed through! I actually felt tears in my eyes after the last move and wasn’t sure if it was pride for getting through or tears of joy that it was over!! 😂 another amazing work out thanks Chris (wish I could join a live but it’s just not practical being in the UK and my schedule). Thanks for all your hard work posting these work outs ❤️

I am loving my Spring Break because I am able to have flexibility to find and do more workouts. This Step HIIT Class is a fun workout. I like that Chris reminds us to take the movement slow and controlled. I was able to really focus on my posture and to engage my abs. I feel taller now. 😘 Thank you Chris.

If you're sticking to her weekly program, you'll at least do the 9 a.m. classes (or both classes if you'd like). She suggests a balance of strength training (around 3x/week), cardio (around 2-3x/week), and a mobillty/stretching class (AT LEAST once per week).
It is all explained in my website.. the workout in the 9 am hour are the program.. but if you prefer step to the cardio I offer on Tuesday or Thursday mornings you can interchange them
