Cool Video, Even I like Bhutan a Lot. I was there last year. The people are very nice and friendly. Thimpu is a peaceful city and I also like their food!!
6:13 There's even a flyover in this beautiful serene city Thimpu and here we are in Kathmandu with world's worst capital roads and infrastructure and pollution.
The apartments look identical when it comes to architecture. Do they follow some sort of designs in constructing those? Like being implemented by the government? Anyway, the city looks so clean and cool!
Kathmandu is 50 times bigger than thimpu with 40 lakhs+ (4 million) population and thimphu has got only one hundred thousand population so obviously it will be little bit dirty. No need to compare...

Ravi G Namaste. The roads were pretty torn up when we were in Bhutan 18 months ago, so it was a lot of stop and go traffic. If you have an SUV with an automatic transmission, driving yourself would be fine (though possibly tiring). Otherwise hire a local driver (but insist on a vehicle with an automatic -- the driver we had was nice, but he could not drive a manual transmission smoothly, so it made the ride very uncomfortable).
We love foreigners! Welcome to Thimphu, Bhutan!

Do u ever come to India ???
I think we can go to Bhutan from India or vice versa without passport.

I've always wanted to visit Bhutan, but aware of thee strict visitor requirements, but one day, hopefully I'll be visiting :)

Yes. New buildings near big roads and city centres have to follow those design patterns representing traditional Bhutanese architecture.
