I have a F150 with that engine. Best truck! Pushing 200k and runs like new. Maybe time for plugs. Looks like a fun job with 2 plugs each . I also had sparking coils, I changed the boots.
@@bucketofcarz subbed. I bought it because some guy had 500K and was using it for oil field work. They are pretty indestructible (especially for a 1/2ton!). The only rare issue is valve springs breaking. Very rare though.
@@alb12345672 I honestly knew nothing about them, just needed to replace a truck and I was happy with the condition and price. Sorry if I ask you again in the future to subscribe, really pushing the 1k goal I have set for myself.
Mine actually ended up being the mass air flow sensor, saw my reading with key on engine off was over 1.1 gms, after new oem was around .035 If u have a similar issue i suggest seeing if it turns on with the maf disconnected
Later on had a similar issue, thought it was the mass. Ran better disconnected, replaced it, same issue happened. Had to get the computer reset. Been great for over a year. Thanks for the comment!
Thank you for sharing...! I have a crank, but no start situation on my 2012 and this is definitely worth a look....
No problem. Let me know how it turns out!
