I run 3 Airbnbs in Kenya also but in my hometown Watamu. I will hit 1yr soon and I love the experience. I however don’t own the apartments I pay rent, I also have my cleaner on full time salary and now that I think about it, it will cut my expenses if I have a part time cleaner and only pay when the cleaning is needed.
Having a regular good cleaner is very important..consider adding more to keep the cleaner occupied than opting for part time..if the cleaner finds more stable work he or she will go for it
