Recommend cleaning up the welds a bit on the caps and joined tubes. takes a few seconds with a sanding flap disk and makes the quality look much better. Other than that looks killer!
I can relate to the 5 hours 😅 I’m new at this and to figure these angles and notches it does take a while when you only have a grinder to notch. Pretty clean work will be doing mine soon , cheers 🍻
Looks good. Some have already commented the same thoughts I had but one. Get yourselves a beadroller and add some details to that skid plate. As a beadrolling artist any opportunity on a flat piece like that is gold. Also you could have done some dimple dies as well, adds strength and looks bitchin.
How much did this run ? If I bought it off u time n material ... Looking for a rough idea no one makes this style so I'll have to do a custom one I assume looks awesome really makes the truck imo
Visually cool bumper, but..it looks like the uprights are touching the grill (or way too close) and the side diagonal pieces welded to the flappy mcflapperson tab have 0 support.

So much inspiration!! Thank you guys for putting this video out there!!
Would you guys sell a kit for a Tacoma? Ship parts unassembled? Perfect bumper guys
One of the best bumpers I’ve seen! 🔥

Bad ass man. Cool to see someone doing diy work like this. Also sick setup with that Cnc table or whatever. Looks pricey
What size pipe did you use? I’m facing one up in a few days!
Hey man what were those tools you used to notch out the pipe? Is that the HF D handle Drill ? and the bit you used that made it long ? Thanks
Hey im curious what your skid plate dimensions were?
Where y’all located???!
i feel like everyone makes the skid plate at a sharp angle. I know it increase the angle of attack for climbs but it looks really weird.
What plasma CNC set up is that?
Great job, What machine plasma cutter and table do you have?
Thanks Jorge! Appreciate it. We are using the Langmuir Systems Crossfire Pro table and RazorWeld Razorcut 45. They both work great
What tubing bender did you use? It looks like a metal bender with a tube die

What size tubing are y’all using?
On this build we used 1.75” .120 wall tubing.
