Austin, you should start a fab shop for early gen Toyota Tacomas and 4Runners. Film it while doing what you love. Awesome work man!
It would take up all his time he’d have to hire people and wouldn’t be able to make UA-cam videos. A guy on Tacomaworld did that a couple years ago couldn’t keep up, took a bunch of peoples money and disappeared. I’d hate to see that happen to Austin.
@@packingbone1953 Everyone is different. Some things you say may have some merit. However, you can't compare someone failure to someone else. "When the dream is big enough the facts dont count". There is someone that proves your statement wrong in any business.
Great idea! He'd be busier than a one-legged man at an ass kickin contest.
Dude, I love how you fabricate something then put the video out. So many people on UA-cam would milk this for a 7 part series on how to make a bumper with a ridiculous amount of them talking things over and over. Keep up the excellent content Austin!
Thank you!!!
Haha some dummy’s take five videos to open a damn cardboard box..
Your bumpers are flawless, they turn out amazing every time
That’s his first time the previous two were bought off move
Your cardboard assisted drawing (CAD) are awesome
I liked the build on this truck! You took it to the level by your fabrication on the front bumper. The bumper makes the truck really stand out, no longer a simple looking truck.
Thank you! I agree!
Definitely the sickest one yet:) that thing looks awesome man
Thank you!!
Austin, I am a Music teacher from Port Elizabeth, South Africa and I possess absolutely no technical skills. I truly believe that while your outstanding work with automobiles and fab work are far removed from my world of music, I genuinely believe that we are both artists blessed with his own gift. I absolutely love watching you tackle fab work and I share your passion for Toyotas. Keep it up.
Bumper maker extraordinaire. Came out looking tough as hell. Can't wait to see the rear bumper and paint.
you're editing is right up there with your welding and builds great job man
Absolutely, positively, underrated. Absolutely bad ass, man.
That bumper transformed the look of your truck along with the wheels and tires it went from ho hum to WOW, you got mad skills bruh.
Thanks man!
You make it look so easy , I'd give anything to learn from you
Nice winch bumper. You make it look so easy when you build bumpers For your vehicles! You know you could build and sell that bumper. Liked the way it has skid plate etc.
Sick build man would be awesome if it could be purchased for us who can't weld and do all that fab work
Huge Inspiration ! As you have surely experienced, I've done a lot of searching for the perfect bumper on my off-road build. Lots of frustration as I've found design ideas I like, but fitment to my ride isn't available, or some detail just isn't right. This has been particularly true with the placement and fitment of the winch and lights I want. Your video has given me the confidence to build my own. Looking forward to the satisfaction and cost savings of DIY. Thanks and Well Done !
I salute your method and talent. Cardboard is outstanding. I save Wide Screen TV, Refrigerator, Matress, and other boxes just for this work.
One tip, cut through one side of the cardboard for places that need to bend. Keeps the bend straight and the bend won't fight you.
Seriously you have the best first gen content on UA-cam!
Man ! I wish you live close to us, you do a great work ! can't wait to see the next build..
Man, I've been waiting for this video... Haven't even watched it yet. But your bumper building videos are top notch.
Budy you were my inspiration to make the both bumpers my self for my Toyota Tundra 2002!! Regards from Mexico!!
Just wanna say that you gave me the confidence to try and fabricate my own winch ready front bumper. I really hope i nail this lol but ive already started the template and hopefully it all goes well
This guy works flawlessly
Thanks man
Austin “no shortcuts” niemela
I’m from the uk and just come back from vacation in Egypt and I was watching your videos there
I have a 95 surf was wondering what’s the paint code for your big red
Looks bad ass man. Looking forward to seeing more of this truck!
I love that hoop bar. I tried to build one just like it but trying to work out all those angles melted my brain 😂
I like the square tubular grille guard, looks sharp and unique.
Waiting for this for a long time.
I can't afford the chop saw but I'm definitely buying that 7 ,1/4 saw. Would like to see how long before you need a new blade.
Amazing craftsmanship buddy. The lineup just keeps improving. That taco looks awesome.
Thanks 👍
Dang! I love this! Wish i could buy this bumper for my 04 tacoma!
Bumper looks badass nice job! Love your videos!
You inspire me to start my own channel. Ur not only an awesome creator, ur also a fantastic teacher. Great work man. 💪🏼
Good job on the bull bar mate.
That's an awesome result! I also like your editing style. Pleasure to watch. Awesome!😎👏🏻
Thank you so much 😁
U make it look easy , looks awesome
Very impressive work! I looked at your list of tools used and didn’t see the hole saw. I’ve seen that style on a few videos but don’t know what to search for to find them. Thanks and keep up the great work!
I mightve cover those big air vents you got in the skid plate with some grating or expanded metal, but as usual, the bumper kicks ass! Good job
Thanks!
That bumper is sick bro! Great work as always.
Thank you!!
I need you to come out some front bumper plans for a 5th gen 4runner, love your work man.
This truck is freaking awesome
Nice video and build , I wish to have something similar for my truck
those 7 inch lights are great. very durable
Great and Lovely work mate 👏
I also built my own one few weeks ago but differently
Nice work bro. Would look nice in hammered paint.
awesome building skills.
the bumper looks menacing
Crafts man no cap , great build my guy
Awesome job man, I'm starting mine tomorrow so, you've taught me a lot. I appreciate that. Just wanted to let you know. Wish me luck and greetings from Costa Rica.
that looks absolutely awesome. you killed it. i want to make something just like this but may gusset the bar across the top so i can hit deer
That bumper looks amazing. You should just clear seal it and run as is. Love the look of it.
Wow! That’s a beautiful bumper.
You are amazing brother love your work.
That’s badass man, I like it, I’m a full time fabricator, that’s top quality work.
Thanks man!!
Was getting worried, hadn't seen a new video in a while. Glad your back!
Amazing Man!!! Really really good Job!!! Regards from Argentina!!!!
Awsome bumper wish i had one
I sell the plans for it! www.avrcustoms.com
Wow! Beautiful!
Thank you!
bumper looks very good....
Keep up the good work man! Appreciate all the videos!!!
Love your metal fabrication, very good skill. Really like your bumpers better than ARB and other Fabrication they make. I have a 2016 Tacoma some of the garbage they put out for replacement and the price of them I just couldn't buy them. You are very creative and really like your work.
Very nice finished product. That's absolutely flawless. Could use something similar minus the winch for my f350 rather have the place for a front hitch hookup to remove a winch if or when needed upfront.
Buen trabajo amigo 👍🏻
bumper and rig is rad, awesome work!
Great fabrication skills. Really enjoy your videos.
that bumper is sick man !!!
Thanks!
Very nice design on the bumper and your editing skills have come a long way bud!
Thank you! Always trying to improve!
Have the newer version of that winch with a synthetic cable saved my ass many times in the woods . Nice job as always
Nice bumper!!!
Nice job.
so smooth
That’s a good looking rear bar Bro..
You should clear coat them just to show your perfect fabrication skills..
That looks so good!
Nice Work 👌🏾
It's really great how you made this one again. Nice work. Greetings from the Netherlands
Sweet setup bro 👌
Badass and beautiful!
Very nice job!
Now That is a Bad Ass Bumper! Killed it Man🤙💯🔥
This is like therapy. I wish i have a garage shop like that
Sick bro💪🏻
Another beautiful master piece, just need to move closer to my neck of the woods, go clean that ear up & have a good one bud. 👍 💯👌
Very god work looks amazing
Thank you very much!
Looks awesome.
Austin
Your fabrication and mechanical skills are fantastic
If only you were a JEEP guy😂
Seriously fantastic skills bro
Love the angular muscular look man. Fabulous Fab work as usual ❗️
Wow, that bumper looks great! Can't wait to see the rear! You are going to end up liking the Tacoma so much that "Ole Red" is going to end up sitting in the shop. Great job Austin as always and enjoy the videos of your builds!
How much extra weight did the bumper put on the front end, did it compress the springs more?
Thanks! The bumper is just over 100 lbs so not too bad! With the winch it dropped the front end 1/2”. I am swapping to a synthetic rope as well
So awesome. Check out the freedom winch line from yankum ropes. They’re used a lot by Matt’s off road recovery. They have a really cool fairlead that conceals everything nice and slick.
Nice job.....amazing...
I’m really digging a 4x4 labs front bumper for my 86 yota
Nice work!! I agree. Best bumper.
Our wheels preferences are different, but our bumper design aesthetics are spot on! 😎. Body color fur the bumper? I think it would look great! 👍🏼
I’m going raptor black on the bumpers. Thanks!
Nice work bro🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Looks beautiful man👌🏻🤙🏼
Nice work....
Thanks!!
Very good❤❤❤
Love your bumpers!!!
I would love that style bumper on my tundra Crewmax
Would this template fit the tundra?
Nice job, looks great. Love the look as is. Are you worried about a rock or road debris coming up through the vent openings in the skid plate? I would feel better with a perforated plate or vented plate there to keep foreign objects from going into the lower radiator.
Soo sickkk looks awesome 👌 can you make one for the 2nd gen 4runner someday ? Gonna be the first buyer if you make one Can't find too many bumper for it 👍
I do have one that will fit 90-95 4runner! Check my site www.avrcustoms.com. Its the 89-95 front bumper, same as 4runner!
Thank you my friend !!! I saw it now can I equip a winch to it?
Great video but i will recommend to cut slot for the recovery point and weld it inside and outside for more strength
Very nice.
Very nice!
