This one hit home with me. One of my sons is going through something and he is too far away for me to help him. Both mentally and physically and the worst part is... he is highly educated,speaks 5 different languages and yet he can't understand common sense 😢. God bless you Michael and those suffering.

This is for Chris. He seams like an honest man and needs to know ppl care. Don’t know anything about drugs but was a functional alcoholic for years. Lived in Tucson for 13 years, built two homes. Miss it. Might move back from Vegas.

That young man's predicament breaks my heart......he deserves a better life! This also goes for the other gentleman......it just should not be a life for anyone. It's sad all these wealthy individuals we have in our country that have wayyyyyy more money than they could ever rationally spend.....why in the hell don't they choose to have a memorable legacy of helping people and changing lives for the good! 😮😢
How are "wealthy" people supposed to help addicts?
The wealthy folks I know share their fortunes anonymously with "charity" groups that know how to help addicts.
You can't just drive around town handing out cash to addicts, believing they buy food, clothes, or shelter.

yes, i thought so too some time ago. there has to be an official award for civic merit of some sort from the city, cities usualy have that, and Michael deserves that _in my opinion_ for all the aide he provides to these needy people.
My wife is a licensed therapist so I know that community well. The people in that industry are also just as screwed up as anyone else.

I recently lost my cat Gizmo to cancer. We'd been together 14 years. He was best buds with my dog & we miss him daily. I've got a lot of respect for the love that Chris has for his cat. I wish them the best & hope they find some stability soon. God bless you Michael for helping him. ❤

Hello Michael....Was sad to hear you say you are messed up, to just ask your ex-wives. Dealing constantly with people who have so many issues may have affected you. You have a huge heart and all I see is a man wanting to help everyone. As for him and his cat, I feel so sorry for any mother that has to worry about her child all the time with his many issues. I can't believe the government canceled this homeless person's disability checks. The system canceled his social security, that helped him decompensate. How awful.

Hey Michael i was out there 7 years a go i wish i would of ran in to you it would of been a blessing 🙌 😅i love you and im sober off everything living my best life me and my boyfriend got sober together so it could be done my drug of choice was more lol crack pills heroin Crystal meth and i was using needles now im feeling great family proud of us my grandmother got to see me sober before she passed away from covid and left me a 5 bedroom house 2 bathroom and its just me and my boyfriend and are beautiful dog i named her felony 😅 keep doing what you are doing que dios de bendega for God to keep you safe 😊😢❤❤

This is so true about therapists. They help so many but have their own hurts and demons as well. I had the most wonderful, loving psychologist I saw for years, he was widely known in my state for all the help he gave to children and others. A remarkable human being who had the biggest heart. Sadly, he ended his life in 2018. He wasn’t doing well medically the last few months I saw him in therapy. Less than two months later he was gone. The last thing I said to him was “you’re not going to die are you”. I had no idea what he was battling. I wish he was still here, he was loved by so many. 💙

Our city in Oregon now will charge us for helping any homeless people. We have to buy a permit and state the help and how many. They want it out of there city so this will do it. Camera everywhere now and with face recognition it's horrible we keep eye glasses on and mask for we're done being watched. Crazy our country gone to this. Thank you for your care.
I don't know if you heard him but Chris said he needed a tent really bad. He said his lil cat, (Fuddy?) felt more secure in a tent too.
I'm going to go work on my quilts for Foster Care month in May. If I hadn't committed, I would send one to Chris. He broke my heart.

Thank you Michael for finding Chris. I was afraid he wasn't alive. I desperately pray he will get the help he needs to get his life back. We have done everything possible to help him when he was in NY. His younger sister does love him and cares. She's been threw radical jaw surgery. They had to remove part of her jaw. She's recovering now. I called Chris on the phone you gave him but he doesn't answer the phone.He did leave me a message. He needs a rehab. but he has the cat. Thats holding him back. It's so expensive in NY we can hardly survive.
