Last night I read this verse in Proverbs - and it reminded me again of what you are doing for these precious people: Those who oppress the poor insult their Maker; those who help the poor, honor Him. (14 v 31) You never judge people - they all get equal care and compassion. Their circumstances don't dictate your actions. Something we can all learn from. 🧡

Michael is certainly a good role model of how to treat people. I've learned to not judge people, and realize that they are in their current situation a lot of times not by choice, but by running into unfortunate incidents or by making a couple of bad decisions. I offer food and drink to homeless people, even if they are obviously addicted to drugs or alcohol. I'm sure that they don't want to be in their current situation. Treating them like human beings can help to lift their spirits and encourage them to try get out of their addictions. They are people, and should be treated with respect and understanding.

they are going to continue to be hungry and thirsty if they don't support themselves. he is in a good position to educate them, since he is friends with them. he can hand out cards with employers numbers who want to hire them for unskilled labor etc. He hand out flyers on overcoming drug addiction, etc.
Or they would be digging into the garage for food and drinks

Can you imagine standing at an intersection in that HEAT, you know they are melting, and someone like this gentleman brings you an ice cold drink? And then gives you food?!? There truly is a God, the proof is right in front of your eyes. Amen!

Michael I didn’t realize you had kids. They must be pretty proud of you. ❤️ hopefully your kids also pay it forward. I think a lot of homeless sleep during the day because it is safer. And at night they are walking around or alert to keep safe.
I bet when you lay your head down at night you feel so happy and definitely have a smile on your face knowing you made sure so many people did not go to sleep hungry or thirsty Thank God For You and God bless each and everyone of these dear people

A FREE bus?! Wow!
Since the pandemic started the buses have been free; the Mayor ( Regina Romero ) wants to leave it like that, but Suntran want to start charging fares again.
The homeless have been bussing cross town and back for 2 years now!
the City has to paying SunTran something, it's been 2 years!!
@@goodnessinpeople Yes; the City is paying Suntran thousands and thousands of dollars for buses fuel, maintenance, employee wages, insurances, fares, etc. Can you imagine how much money they're losing for not collecting fares? Each fare is $ 1.75

Michael, have you considered putting a sign on the back of your car that says something like "Homeless Outreach" multiple stops?" Also, you should get a Hi-Vis vest to wear when you are running across the streets, it would keep you safer. As always, I really enjoy these videos, you are just one person looking out for all of these people and they are all so applicative of everything you give them.
I tried him on the magnetic sign idea couple months back. He didn't go 4 it. Its a wise idea and creates wee bit more safety.
Or sign saying food being handed out through driver window.. be moving here in just a jiffy.

Something about crystal she always seems to be on Michael's route and I can't say she's doing that on purpose hahaha. This was a wonderful video .. easy for us viewers to dismiss just how hot it is, we can't tell on screen that she's 94 degrees out so we applaud you Michael for being amazing, hydrating these folks. And that system you have I like to call the red light reach around boy oh boy what a system you have. Its awesome. The red light reach around... hmm sounds like a few city blocks in Amsterdam. Lol
Crystal panhandles in the parking lots most of the day, it can be hard to miss her! I do try to time the red lights, but I have been known to circle around a couple times!!
