I've had 10 cats over the last 25 years, half of them rescues. One of the most rewarding experiences in my life. One Porsche, not quite as rewarding but also fun. Love this channel!
your fabrication skills are great! that plasma table looks like an awesome tool to have in the shop. and every shop needs a 'Martin' ! looking forward to more episodes :)
Thanks for the kind words. Yep, the plasma table makes it so easy to crank out the pieces I want. And where would I be without Martin! I appreciate you watching and commenting.
Great Video Chris !!!! I love the repurposing of the fenders for air ducting. It’s like a no Sh!t moment, this might work. Bet you make changes next video 😂. My wife watched the episode and we really both liked the kitty tidbits of info. Spay and neuter is the ticket 👍. You’re a champ 🏆and your wife deservers alot more credit than she gets 😉!!!
Your first muffler arrangement looked like the mufflers echoed the angle of the bottom of the fender. I think that's a good angle--or possibly the bottom of the valance, if you fit one. You'll want to remember to close up the louvers in the bottom of the trunk if you're doing the ducting. It'll keep water and dirt from your battery and/or fuel pump. You might consider covering the top of the ducting with something that follows the angle of the headlight motor supports. That could be cool--something to check out with cardboard!
I may or may not continue with that ducting. The radiator arrives soon so once I get that in place, we'll see. Thanks for watching and commenting - greatly appreciated!
Nice work, the exhaust will look great. I'm doing something similar with the Lancia. One of the things I've been contemplating is making a rear diffuser for some aero-efficiency (and style points). Apparently you can't make them at too extreme of a curve as the air won't be able to flow in a laminar state for it to work right. So I was wondering if having the exhaust outlets exiting into the high point of the diffuser could create a low pressure zone that would assist in helping pull the air better along the diffuser profile... Nice score with seeing and utilizing the fender steel too. It's crazy how when you free yourself to think about things differently you can suddenly see so many useful shapes in the world. Stay cool brother!
The clinic is scheduled for July 21. After a day or two recovery, they head to Morti's and are available for adoption. And Julep is a WONDERFUL kitty! just sayin'...
Just a tip. By adding the kittys you will have some people break off the viewing of the episodes. No problem for the viewers but it will mess with your youtube algorithm when your videos are only 80 pct viewed. Just fyi
Thanks for the heads up. I haven't monetized the channel - it's more about documenting my builds so when I go to sell the cars, there's complete transparency into what's what. Not that I wouldn't like to be as popular as possible...

I just love how this thing evolves as you go. Great work. Can't wait to hear this thing start up.
If only I had a plan instead of making it up as I go! But I enjoy the process. I'm with you on the start up. That's going to be pretty special.
The radiator/ducting idea is inspired! Stoked to see it come to fruition.

Excellent update all around! Glad to see the kitties doing so well!
The solid exhaust mounting is a "solid" choice. Don't make things more complicated than they have to be. Really enjoying the build.
Great to hear you're liking what I'm up to. (Tell your friends! Heck, tell your enemies - I need all the subscribers I can get!)
That found ducting looks awesome!

I've been waiting for the exhaust! Like the ducting too!!

An ingenious solution. Well done..
Well, part way done, anyway! ;-)
I really like where you are going with the ductwork in the front. I wish I would've seen that before I did the one I'm working on.

Again, always fantastic content Chris, Thanks!
I appreciate the support, Brian!

Thanks! I'd love to work up a diffuser but I REALLY love the look of all that mechanicalness and don't want to hide it!
@@attheredbarn1669 Totally agree but my Lancia doesn't have a trunk space behind the engine so my mechanicals may still be somewhat exposed
I’ve not looked any further yet or read the comments but.. anti roll bar fixtures ( sway bar in the US)
When is juniper getting fixed?
Spell check didn’t like Julep
