A lot of you guys were interested to know how to import smartphones from China/USA etc to India. So in this video I will be covering it in-depth as I keep importing phones usually for my channel. Its not service charge ( service charge has been abolished ) , its known as CVD (countervailing custom duty)

India customs are worst ... They only need tax ... Don't buy such big amount product from China ... Buy u can consider low value products ... No custom issue ..
Better to not import anything, try buying here at paying little extra to have a peace of mind. If it's not available here then try to find alternative product or try to live without that product atall until something alternative comes up🤣

So I have a MI mix 3 which I imported got stuck in customs office in Mumbai got a letter to meet in person.the customs officer said would charge for 32k phone around 12k. I told him that I'm a student with not alot money to spend around he just waived the customs got my phone after a week.. In love with it as no one around me will ever have it XD

Bro what about tariff insurance the banggood will refund the total customs charge if you showed them the receipt... of course they will charge 50$ for tariff insurance but it is better to pay 3000/- then 12000/-

I think the reason for these high custom duties is to promote make in India and the usage of products available in India. If the import duties are kept to a minimum, people will keep buying electronics from the foreign websites.

To the courier company, while delivering.. Only sometimes, you might have to visit the courier office.. Only a few rare complicated items, which require multiple clearance, you will get call from customs and then you have to visit airport..
