    Thank you so much for your videos sir :) My instructor passed away recently - I really miss her still - but she had no other students than me (most left for university etc). You are helping to keep me motivated to practice while I wait for another teacher. It's hard to find good quality instructors where I live in the US. Especially your basics videos like this..one can never practice them enough

    Really great. When u played speedily, I could not understand the permutation / combination. So I want a little bit help. May I request u to explain more in notations (Sa, Re, Ga, Ma etc.) simultaneously 1-2, 1-2-3 etc.

    'index finger should never goes off the string' does it mean it must remain in touch with string too?

      Yes it must touch the string all the time whether you press or not

      Let it heal fully. Then start again. Till then no playing. In future keep it in mind you must stop whenever you feel you may get a cut

    Ive noticited 8 pegs on your sitar i only know this of pathak gharana. Which style/sitar do you have? Keep the tips comming. Stay safe

      I don't have any clue about Pathak Gharana. I bought this Sitar with 8 pegs and I liked it. So kept on playing. I play Kharaj Pancham style.
