The roaring sounds of Lord Rudra and his vina. There's no other instrument quite like the low bass sounds like this... The reverberations are astounding... Imagine being the one playing this in between 2 giant gourds.. Thank you.
Your playing is phenomenal. The instrument has a truly beautiful tone. It gives me hope to see your dedication in continuing the art of the rudra vina. There are so few masters of this instrument left. Thank you for sharing this on youtube where we can all enjoy it. Also thank you for the excellent video quality. It is very helpful for other musicians to be able to see your technique clearly and close up. I do not play the rudra vina, but watching your technique is still very instructive for me.
@@everythingiscoolio My sincere suggestion to you is not to comment the same in public in person.. such me maar khayegaa.... coz 99.9999% log ko pata'nai ikso kaisa bajaanaa. magar ye pata'hai ki kaisa bajanaa jo is Rudra Veenaa ko galath comment kare...! Bhagwan roop maanaa jatha hai. So please keep quite and move on if it's not up to your like. But never dare to comment please. Thanks.
I have no knowledge of Karnatic music whatsoever, but I listen to every video from you, and this one is my favourite so far, for whatever reasons. Thank you.
This is North Indian Dhrupad, played in the Bishnupur gharana style. Carnatic music is mainly played in South India typically on an instrument nowadays referred to a Saraswati Veena. It’s all such beautiful music! 😄
I was only taking a break from playing my banjo . This is the second morcel that I have heared this evening . your hands are more in evidense this time . Again , I take my hat off to you . I love the sound of the rudra veena . That a young person as yourself is taking on the releve is excellent . My time has not been waisted . Thankyou very much .
Amazing Bhoopali! Every new video you post takes layakari to the next level! This might be my favorite Bhoopali on UA-cam, irrespective of instrument or artist. Thank you for posting. 🙏🙏
Very rare to leasen mandra sapthak meend and udadb You medam remaining the our the great bhade Ustad Za Mohinuddin Dagarji Pranam and best wishes from kerala Thrissur Namaste 🎉❤
Spellbinding. Took me out of myself. Such an amazing instrument and you are very talented. Thank you for sharing the sounds of this beautiful instrument to the world and your abilities to create them
i found this instrument some years back. i have known only a few who know what it is, here in America. i always come back to it from time to time. i think my niece took some lessons on it from a woman in toronto. she went on to be the administrator of a school of world music in LA but is back here in buffalo now. i'll have to ask her if she still plays.
Woow khuda ki mahima ho 🙏 Aap jis ve swar ko bajate ho un Me sabhi toh nahi but 100% me se 40% swar mere gale me se aap swar ke sath sath mil raha hai mandar saptak me jiada god bless you sister
Like other Indian musical instruments, the rudra veena is one of my favorites. All I have to do is close my eyes and focus on the playing sounds and let myself open up to them. The physical effect is fascinating and profitable. By the way, you are also quite pretty; that is if I don't have my eyes close while listening. Carry on.
Indian music is the best when your winding down and set out to relax. Or fall asleep peacefully. It has a way of directing your mind away from stresses that might be taking up that space. It works if you shut out everything else such as TVs or other noise =)
What was that end note, Miao? Or Ghyaon? Or, Mmghiyaon... Ha ha ha ha.. you truly enjoyed this practising. This is rare...to see/here someone playing this huge monstrous Veena. Thank you. Best wishes.
mannnnn I'm so in love with this instrument .. it's my childhood dream to learn it... one day... one day i will definitely come here while learning this.... i hope u can give me guidance on how to learn it.... 🥺

imitating cow voices?
Maybe that's the noise that the cow makes when it jumps over the moon.

For someone who knows nothing about Indian tradition, it was very rich and relaxing to listen to. Thank you for sharing.
This sound is so unbelievably human. I couldn't stop listening.

Hahahahah what are you talking about my man 😆 It's a badly tuned, weirdly shaped guitar.

@@everythingiscoolio Rudra Veena is the oldest known instrument. Beyond your age, though. It is also cool.
