    I tore my MCL two years ago and am still trying to regain stability in my right knee. These exercises were extremely beneficial, have been doing them the last month and the difference is incredible.
    Thanks!

    I do pistol squats on a slant too because I don't have the ankle mobility to do it on flat ground.
    Be careful with the stretch at the end by the way. It stretches out the sciatic nerve, which can lead to sciatica.

    Very nice video! Im currently thinking about slant boards as Ive been wondering if I should get one and seeing your video reminded me of why I wanted one in the first place. Look at what benefits the slant board brings! Its a no brainer at this point. I have a feeling this is going to be one of the best pieces of equipment for the longevity of my knees and ankles.
    By the way, the music is dope too!

    • @slantboard5084
      @slantboard5084  3 роки тому +3

      Hi JC Aral - the purpose of the final exercise is to stretch the hamstring and calf. Try to keep the core engaged throughout the exercise and if you feel that your back is stretching too much, reduce weight.

      The person has their back a little bit rounded near the bottom of this movement. If you find this happening, work on opening up your hip muscles more, and then really focus on tilting your pelvis forward so that your sip bone touches your quads
