  • First time use of these tile levelling systems and I have to say that I find this levelling system very good indeed and worth the money. I layed just 8 yds of floor tiles and used this wedge and pullup tab system to get my 600mm x 600mm flat and even on my hallway and bathroom floor. I'm not a tiler but this did make the job easier and I got great results with all the tiles flat and no lips or depressions.
    Cheers Gerry

Thanks for sharing this very useful video. I got this kit today in screwfix Ireland (March ‘23) with 100 spacers + 100 wedges and the tool all for €15.

That is a huge improvement . Way better than the cross spacers. Thanks for showing this. I wonder if these are available in the United States. Love this new idea.

Hi Sean. This is a good tiling system and easy to use too. I used it on some wall tiles after removing a batton on the wall and it was very good for that too. Thanks for commenting and supporting the channel Safe flying Cheers Gerry 👍

I do quite a bit of tile Gerry. I don't really use them for a 12inch x 12 inch tile or smaller. But I swear by them for anything over that size. I just did a bathroom with 24x24 inch tiles and the floor had a few dips in it. I used a 1/2inch x 1/2 inch notched trowel for the mortar. That gives me enough play to stretch or press the tile down to make up for the uneven floor. If you use too small of a notch weigh these wedges, you end up not having enough mortar contact under the tile in some areas if the floor is wavy....which they all are...some worse than others.😉

The ONLY issue I see with this system is that it will leave a void under the tile if it has to lift it to be level with the rest. At somepoint , without the support it may break or at a minimum have a hollow sound when walked on. Otherwise awesome system. Glad to see your doing these cool things. Would like to see some more of your creative skills on paramotoring again. Take care.

Hello Michael. we could be cousins with the same surname. We are waiting for a break in the weather but this covid thing makes it difficult too. I have an edited video of some paragliding but unfortunately its not somewhere exotic. Thanks for commenting Cheers Gerry👍

We just had these types removed and it left marks in the glaze! Is this something you've heard of? We have high gloss porcelain tile from Roca. It's horrible. The wedges literally scratched the tiles
