Another one you could do is 4 hooks 4 pushups 4 squats and when you come up throw 1-2 4 lateral hops Do like 3 sets of these then do 6 of each and then up to 8
We do differently, once a week we have resistance workout, we do 20 seconds an exercise and 10 seconds chill 12 times, then 1 minute rest and repeat, the exercises are the ones that you showed basically, everyone always does their best. We do this 4 times, after we proceed to other resistance exercises.

Each exercise is training you to sync your LEGS with your punches, overall adding more strength, weight, and FORCE to your punches, and trains your Muscle Memory to STEP WITH EACH PUNCH! REMEMBER GENTS YOUR ARMS ARE ONLY HALF THE MOVEMENT REQUIRED FOR MAX PUNCHING POWER, THE LEGS ARE WHERE THE REAL LEVERAGE AND ADDED WEIGHT COME IN!*
Another thing to add more punching power is to shadow box with weights in your hand or bands it really adds resistance and when you stop it make your punches heavy but feel light as a feather

I usually do 2-3 heavy bag boxing and kickboxing classes a week. Id rather do striking combos than all the arobics movements that arent combat related. I understand mixing in some burpees/ push-ups and squats but other than that, I want to spend most of my time striking the bag using different combos.

An amateur boxing bout consists of 3 rounds, with a duration of 3 minutes for each round. Heavy bag with full power for 3 minutes with a minute break between each round. That's probably the best way to condition for sparring.
Bro, I do underground boxing and we do 100 presses for the VDV (Airborne Forces of the Russian Federation) and light and heavy strikes for 15 minutes NON-STOP + sparring and learning new strikes.

Nah this is light work my coach make us do a half mile 3sets 25 rep 3pump burpees 3 sets of high knees to ten burpees springs n fast work on the bag😭 I wish we did some damn squats😭
Hear me out if you really want to die, try these three sequences 1st sequence : push ups for 30 seconds bust out as many as you can in as little time as possible, next mountain climb for another 30 seconds. Next plank for another 30 2nd sequence based around legs squats for 30 as you pop down on you’re final squat hold that position for yes you guessed it 30 seconds then jumping lunges for 30 secs I can’t remember the rest and don’t really want to but this is what I do as an amateur boxer and let me tell you if you don’t work on you’re whole entire body structure youll be unable to move after cracking these out
