@HubiKoshi a company only being around 100 men to begin with is just dumb
@@seemslegit6203 There is a very good reason for that, Horus Heresy. The whole idea of Chapters is to ensure no single person could hold the insane amount of power the Primarchs once did with their legions of tens if not hundreds of thousands of Astartes.
Imperium doesn't even let most Imperial Guard regiments employ the Combined Arms Formations out of fear of treason.
@HubiKoshi which is ridiculously dumb compared to what we see most of the time, with whole battlefields of space marines, and how many we see die. This also puts them at hilariously small numbers compared to the threats they face

Always has been.
Oh, that makes sense now with those nekked yoga vid and youtuber exposure.
I mean, that's just stating the obvious.
That line about calth was cool
I hope to God that there’s a space marine 3 and I think the word barriers would be the logical choice and have it connect to Leandros
The Tomb World and the "dead" Necrons are totally an instance of "Chekovs Gun." We'll probably be seeing them in an active role in Space Marine 3.
She sacrificed herself knwoing she would be possessed. Warhammer is amazing.

2:00 "My Dune".
"My Arrakis"
Homeboy is just playing the fence. "Let's see where this go...". He made the right call.
I like how this guy assumed heresy even though Primaris are immune to Chaos. Or at least that's what GW wrote when Primaris first released.
Which has been contradicted already, as not only have Primaris fallen. But, they've also proven themselves to be very bad at coordinating and cohesion, unlike the firstborns.
The "Give me your message." 0:54 dolly shot is good.
Gadriel is what we wish Leandros was. Suspicious but with good reason, not out of jealousy or pettiness. Remorseful and repentant of his actions where Leandros was arrogant and stubborn. A true brother in the end instead of a scumbag
I would like to reunite him but Titus being Captain and Gadriel being company Lieutenant
Or Gadriel being Captain of the company and Titus being Captain of the honour guards
Titus : it is not about the unnecessary casualties it's about sending a message
People got sacrificed in electrecuted, accused heretic on mc....
Something wrong here....

He's been on ice 10, 000 years as a Primaris?
Gabrial was as well I think.
Nah he was a boy on calth when the word bearers attacked it, he says that in a earlier mission

Mr. Kpop idol Gadriel has been waiting for this moment in the entire game
One of Chaos' weapons is turning allies on each other by seeding doubt and distrust. The Horus Heresy is a testament to this power they have.
The poor Adept was so confused.
The bad guy shows up and heads start bursting entirely unmentioned in the background just due to his presence. That's some good grimdark.
She managed to get the message sent in about 20 seconds then got possessed. Impressive honestly.
I don't know if this has been pointed out or not but I'm going to say it anyway. I've noticed this in other games with cloaks and "loin clothes." At the 6:12 mark when it pans back to the 3 there clothes jump and fall down. It happens again a little later. Now that you have seen it you can't unsee it you're welcome lol.
Every time they negotiate about troop numbers it makes me laugh 😁
They are Ultramarines... logistics is their thing...

I love that "magic" in this setting bears such a horrific cost.
Titus was such a bro he wasn't even mad he was like "I won't hold it against it it was the right thing given training/psycho-indoctrination but I need you to knock the suspicion bullshit off right now cause we got shit to do."
They should say "We march for McCrage"
I love the drumbeat soundtrack for this scene.

Unfortunately the complaining psyker knew exactly what would happen.
That guy isn't a psyker. He's just loyal to his Astropath.
Damn, Gadriel even betrays Titus better than Leandros. Leandros snuck behind everyone’s back and snitched to the inquisition quietly, Gadriel full on said “aight, a psyker is telling us that you’ve still got a grudge against Calgar and you’ve been shady and evasive as hell, so I’m gonna shoot you right here face to face.”
luckily that titus didn't have to face the 2nd Leandros since Gadriel is more understanding
and not long after this Gadriel just becomes his best bro
Titus: "I need 5 men"
"Sry we can only have 3 Ai's active at the same time in Singleplayer"

"What?

how about
"ok i send the message but i will be corrupted in the process, make sure to kill me"

Holy shit! It's Queen Marika and Radagon in 40k! She truly is eternal!
what are the dudes surrounding her? Psykers being used as batteries?
Other astropaths. While there's usually a main one, it takes an entire 'choir' of them to send messages if I am remembering my lore well.
@@Deserit You are correct. Lessor psykers can also be used, the Astropath is throwing her mind millions of light years across the warp and real space, as such she is exposed to all the horrors of the warp and far more raw power than a single mind can endure. The rest of the choir exists to buffer some of that, often there minds get burnt out if the message is long or being sent more than just a few systems away. Astropaths in general are very hard for any deamon to possess.
@@Deserit Indeed. Sending messages across the galaxy using mind powers can be too straining for one single psyker, so there are others who help ease up the burden.
Titus is such a good leader
Well, not at all. His secretive side was generating distrust within his partners. That's the same stuff that happened in SM 1. Titus himself admitted he was wrong.
If it weren't for the space marines presence I would think this is a star wars game. Psykers are wack
These space marines are beautiful! I love them!
If only in this last time, Titus asked the captain for 5 and he granted him 6.
Gadriel pretty OP, was about to unlive Titus😳.
Psyker tap into the warp frequently : meh its ok.
Titus immunity to the warp : heretic!
Okay WTH This has tyrranids so that makes it a current theme battle how ever the battle on Calth and the word bearers assault was during the heresy some 10,000 years prior to assumed game time line.

Gadriel really should have been written up for trying to murder his CO 😂
Honestly, he was kind of right in here. Unlike Leandros who was like "You survived Chaos trying to kill you, you must be one of them" his reason for going against Titus was that a, up to this point, trusted psyker accused him because she claimed to have read titus' mind. And he saw reason after the ruse was revealed. Instead of doubling down and stabbing Titus in the back like Leandros did.
The Chaplin's comment includes this part. He questioned both Titus being accused of being a traitor and Gadriel's attempted murder of his superior. Leandros' own motives aside, he's fairly professional at being a chaplin.
@@forge16hanadamaintenancedr43 cause he's constantly being watched by other Chaplin's and calgar himself. If anyone's boss is in the room and that boss doesn't take shit then they'll act right

In this scene, the delivery of "I am no heretic." fell so flat compared to the first game... I get it is probably a call back, but man was I disappointed. Easily one of the best lines from the OG.
Consider this. He's been accused then tortured put on ice then was part of Death Watch. In short, he's likely said it so many times that being dramatic is just too much energy.
@@Predator42ID I get the attempt at humour but that part of his lore is literally never mentioned in-game, only that he's apart of the death watch. I only found out he was tortured and put on ice *after I beat the game* and was confused at why Titus is an idiot repeating all of the same mistakes all over again. It feels like I'm playing the first game but with more refined gameplay, shoter campaign, and a mimic story.
