thanks Alina from Lynnea Schliesleder (on my son's page)...I love the circle of safety and how all the other "junk" gets left behind...this is great timing for me, reflecting on the loss of some significant relationships/friendships last year (2023)...how lovely to say LAST YEAR now...off to new beginnings with better boundaries and more safety zones!
Thank you Lynnea! I agree, it is a good time to begin a new chapter. As a result of intense studies and teaching, much has changed for me over the last couple of months. I am planning to offer an updated course in February - from Dreams to Reality.
Thank you Christina, for your understanding! As a certified instructor of Neurographica, I draw using this method, which is used for self transformation.
I'm so glad I found your channel! When I first started this journey I was following people who seemed to have no idea of what they were talking about. I'm going to learn from you now. Thank you.
I found the other kind of neurographic art first, not knowing about neurographica. Last night I found this video and watched it. I drew the tree. It was a fun exercise, and I love my tree! When I sat down to read before bed, I found myself trying to make visual connections between the words, and it was super interesting, being aware of my brain doing weird things! (As an aside, I, too, don't really work with brown.)
Thank you! This was a very interesting experience. When we start drawing neurographica, we start seeing neuro line everywhere. There are different stages on this journey. Enjoy it!
Alina, thank you so much for taking the time to share your knowledge with us, there are SOOOO many different things that come up when you type in "neurographic" that after watching 3 or 4 and getting totally different instruction I just threw up my hands in bewilderment! I'm so grateful to have found your video today, it all make so much more sense!! I do love how UA-cam has given us access to learn from people whose knowledge we would never have gotten to benefit from in the past. I don't love realizing how many people exist who are so eager to make money from an audience that they will try to teach something that they themselves don''t yet fully understand, so they end up leading dozens of people down the wrong path . Alina, I'm very grateful that you exist. Warmest wishes to you, be well 🕉☸☯
Many thanks for your kind words! I understand that there is so much information. I take everything I teach seriously and hope to continue providing valuable information in the future. All the best to you!

In the workshops I took, there were people from all over the world, all ages, with tremors and memory issues, as well as Art Therapist Psychologists, Shamans, and Healers learning this, too.
Dear Sarah, I am grateful for your kind words. I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Indeed, many who come to Neurographica look for self-help techniques. This art forms looks simple enough, but it requires a bit of practice, eye and hand coordination. I am not a medical professional, please take my suggestions carefully. I am so happy to hear that your results were amazing. I wish you all the best!
@NeuroGraphicArtwithAlina Thank you... Yes, I have been sharing the Neurographica experiences... Challenges and benefits with my medical supports. I am only able to do maybe once a week right now, in small sessions with breaks, like through a Sunday afternoon. I think with time, it will increase, and my doctors say this is very possible. 🙏
