I could not make sense of the dfferences, a lot of it reminds me of doodling,
i am not an artist or neurologist, but it occurs to me that many things produce the results that Neurographica does.

Thank you for a wonderful demo. I am currently teaching children the are on the Autism spectrum. These children never finish their project in art classes when other teachers. I work with them and each one finishes their art piece. Their parents were surprised that they finished. The children all were proud of themselves. This is very relaxing for them. And they are focused on their artwork. This is a fantastic way to calm them down also and the are see their work come to life.

Thanks for the explenation, its very helpfull. Is have one question, you use a coloured marker for drawing the lines. In most video's they use black. Is there a difference or is it just what feels right?

Thanks for your question. Any colour marker can work for the lines, and this depends on feelings.

Hello Alina. I have a question for you. Can we mix this domain of art with collage or journaling elements. Tonnes of thanks.

Yes we can! Many people use Neurographica and Neurographic art for journaling.

That was fascinating. I'm very new 2 this and so far I've only seen videos that focus on technique. I just knew it went much deeper than that. The explanation of the rounding of the sharp intersecting lines makes perfect sense.

    Very interesting. Thank you!
What are your thoughts on first using one or more different mediums ie: watercolor, acrylics paint, water pencils, collage materials as the first layer, then draw the Neurographica lines as your second layer, and if you choose to add marks within or around the outer spaces?
Would you please suggest the which type of markers and the thickness of the points for those who are beginners to this form of art making?
Of course in art making there are the basics one may learn and then may explore with or without intention using a variety of materials to create their art….I believe I answered my first question.
I certainly learned something new this evening. I am glad this method of art theoretically will feed my 67 yr old brain and hopefully aide in more of joyful outlook then not.

Hello Ellen, thank you for your comment and question. Traditionally, we use markers and coloured pencils in NeuroGraphica, and there are reasons for that. On the other hand, it is possible to use other art materials (paint) to create neuro lines, providing that the main suggestions are observed. It's also possible to create background using paints or/and collage. Simple, school-grade markers with felt tips work well at the beginning. In my opinion, the intention and focus maintained during the drawing is more important that the use of materials. Btw, I am working on creating personal transformation programs, using simple neurographic drawing. Good luck with your art!

That was an interesting explanation about the difference between the two, but I got a bit confused at the end. The drawing you did concerning gratitude, was Neurographica, not NeuroArt, correct?

Hello Anna, thank you for your interest and question. My drawings tend to be more Neurographica because of my training. The final drawing is NeuroGraphica in this case. I followed the process (formula), and finished the drawing with the field lines, resolution and reflection.
