@@sky_boy sorry for the late reply! Slight pain/discomfort is normal whenever you're stretching and/or working muscles in new ways. These moves are quite gentle, but if you're still having discomfort, be sure that you're not "overdoing" anything. Back off on the moves that stretch you (so that you're not going so deep into the stretch) and be sure you're breathing. And when you're activating your pelvic floor/core for the strengtheners, be sure you're not overly gripping or clenching your muscles.

Strengthening the muscles that support the pelvis is an excellent idea. Make sure to notice if you are accumulating excess tension in the area. If you do, we have a routine that can help with that. You can do this!

This makes sense cause I notice when I walk everyday my premature ejaculation magically disappears but then when I have periods of sitting and inactivity my premature ejaculation starts up again … I have this theory that the walking loosens the hip flexors and everything around that area, seems like these exercises do the same thing

They should do sit-ups where the upper part of the abdomen is worked, with the legs raised and trying to touch the feet with the hands and its variants that work the upper part of the abdomen, they will see improvements quickly. That upper abdominal exercise will take away your depression and anxiety, it will also heal your mind.

    • @vibrantpelvichealth

Thank you for the suggestion. Sit-ups might increase tension if there is underlying pelvic floor/ core tension. The key is to manage intra-abdominal pressure properly. Breathing and good posture can help with that :)

    • @TransformPelvicHealth
      @TransformPelvicHealth Рік тому +2

Thank you for the message. Many times, we are not symmetrical creatures and one side of our bodies are either tighter or weaker than the other side. The best approach is to go easy on the tighter or weaker side, just understand that your body is like this now, and create a strategy to correct the imbalance. If you feel like your lower back is getting stiff when you do windshield wipers to the right side, go slower and limit the range of motion on that side. Listen to your body and never push through pain. You can do this!

I don’t think I need to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. Do you think that non-flexibility might be the issue in my case? Few days ago I’ve started doing your 30 minutes routine that helps overcome pelvic floor pain. Do you think that these exercises will help me with my PE? How long does it take to see any improvement?

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. We always recumbent getting checked out by a doctor to make sure there is nothing structural going on that needs their attention. Once you have done that, it is z good idea to give the 30 minute healing routine a try. We have found that excess tension in the pelvic floor can contribute to a variety of symptoms in and around the pelvis. PE is actually a very common symptom of pelvic floor tightness and guarding. Once the tension is eased, this get better. Let me know if you have any further questions. Good luck. You can do this!

I think I’m the same way. I would definitely try to relax your pelvic muscles! I feel as if mine are to tense causing me to have issues bust some days it’s relaxed and I do fine. If it’s tense I don’t last long. I also had anterior pelvic tilt and that caused back pain. Look up videos how to correct that and stretch your pelvic muscle it might help!

Yo man. You and I are very similar. Find routines for pelvic floor relaxing, not tightening, because believe it or not the tightness is your issue. Straining to avoid climax is the opposite of what you want to do. Learning to relax and completely breathe through your diaphragm and into your pelvic floor teaches you to push your pelvic floor down and fully relax into a breath, which is what you need to do to avoid climax. You want to push into the sensation with a breath. I would know because I’ve been working on exactly that and in just a few days I’m noticing massive results.

Hi! So, it is always a good idea to have a doctor check you out first, just to rule out any structural issues. If not, then yes, this can absolutely be mind-body syndrome created ED, based upon stress and associate factors. I have a video on my youtube channel that explains this in detail for you, look up "Why Your Brain Creates ED & Performance Anxiety (TMS)" on my Transform Pelvic Health channel. Thanks! -Michael

As long as you arent taking any of the following medications, you should be fine and it is likely just stress induced and is only temporary. In that case it happens to every guy at some point.
      *Anti-androgens*
      -Spironolactone
      -Bicaludamide
      -Cyproterone acetate
      -Flutamide

      *SSRIs/SNRIs*
      -zoloft
      -cymbalta
      -paxil
      -Prozac
      etc
      *Isotretinoins / Vitamin A Derivatives*
      -Accutane'
If you are on one of these drugs and just developed these symptoms, I would stop taking the drug immediately and let your doctor know asap.

@@zeeshansiddiqui658 Yo man. Find routines for pelvic floor relaxing, not tightening, because believe it or not the tightness is your issue. Straining to avoid climax is the opposite of what you want to do. Learning to relax and completely breathe through your diaphragm and into your pelvic floor reaches you to push your pelvic floor down and fully relax into a breath, which is what you need to do to avoid climax. You want to push into the sensation with a breath. I would know because I’ve been working on exactly that and in just a few days I’m noticing massive results.
Also, this should fix your inability to urine as well. You can’t urine because you’re way too tense. The elderly have the opposite problem. They’re so weak that they experience incontinence and wet pants. Young people often have the issue you have so don’t fret, just find the relaxation and expansion exercises and DO THEM.

Well, this is definitely much safer than using SSRIs to literally induce sexual dysfunction. But regarding PE, in the event that you're alone/don't have to constantly appease someone, and needing to just get a quick one off, I would imagine that this is extremely convenient. Also, wouldn't you just be able to go several rounds with your partner if it is always sensitive and easy to get the next one? I am generally curious as I have not experienced PE before and it seems like such a common thing among guys for some reason.

    Hi ,
Thanks for your videos it really helped me a lot and thanks for clearing my doubt from previous comment,
I was doing only pelvic stretching without pelvic relaxing exercise that's why my pelvic used to get extremely tight everytime I do pelvic floor workouts,
Since few weeks I have been doing your 30minutes and 5minutes Pelvic release workout Everyday and my Pelvic Pain/Tightness is like 80% gone and Pain during Ejaculation is 90% gone.
    I'm very happy with this.
But only problem I still have is even though now I don't feel pressure or tightness in pelvic like before sometimes it takes lots of time to start the pee sometimes I have to hold breath to start it ,
And even after peeing some pee gets stuck in the penis and I get sharp sensation near shaft.
What Workout is recommended to get rid of this urinary problem??
    Need some suggestions please 🙏.

Hi Nikhil, you’re doing amazing! You need to continue with stretching routines, but now, also some strengthening oriented ones (such as this one). ALSO, meditate daily and become aware of your familiar thoughts and emotions. Urinary hesitancy is related to not just the physical, but the psychological. The more relaxed and at peace and in the moment you are, the better your body will perform, naturally.

We also have a fully guided, holistic approach to overcoming PE in our Vigor Sexual Strength program, that has been verified via quantitative and qualitative studies.
