Somehow I often have the impression that so many young doctors in the USA broadcast these videos to help them pay off the astronomical and abusive debts of paying off their studies in medical school. Fortunately here in Europe, with socialized medicine the dream of becoming a doctor or nurse does not run up such a bill.
Well I certainly have a large student debt bill but I make these videos because I love men’s health and I think there needs to be more people talking about it 😊

In response to my objection (incontinence) he says my system will adapt to the increase in water intake, but there were two terrible nights of Niagara Falls in bed. The doc prescribed a pill, which, here in Italy is called Omnic and is annotated "tamsulosin cloridato". It seems to be helpful. I am about to turn 85, and medical experts advise me that there is no hope for insomnia in older people. Actually, "Metatonina" is helping somewhat. with the sleep problem.

Thanks for the comment! I would go and get your blood work completed to check for testosterone and cholesterol levels. Look into your diet, you can also look into your overall exercise levels (strength and aerobic). Also how’s your stress levels and mental health? This all plays a role
@DrEricLeckie stress levels are good and I go for labs after the holiday...my testosterone levels are ok for my age according to my doctor...will work on diet as well as my exercise program
Great video I wanted to ask you about the Adductor because I go to the gym about three to four times a week and I find that using the Adductor machine it really works as I can feel it around the groin area when I'm using it I wanted to know if there was more equipment at the gym that could be used what do you think?
I tend to advise against the adductor machine for certain clients. I’ve found it to contribute to the pelvic floor becoming over-active and tight especially in young men. It really depends what your symptoms are. Send me an email hello@drericleckie.com

Going to bed is not a problem, staying asleep beyond 3 hours is a Major problem for me.
