I also remember in some press release screenshots Corvo's hands were wearing some bad clothes, which really suited to his conditions, but in the end he was wearing the same stuff the whole game lol.
The burnt outsider mark mod (I forgot the creator) would be a good pair for this since in the trailer we see his hand getting imprinted by a seemingly burning effect by the outsider
It always confused me why the trailer showed Corvo getting his powers in prison when that's not how the game plays out. I can only assume it was for dramatic affect.
@@yakninja96 It could be due to a change in the storyline. In the beginning that was the original story, Corvo got his powers in prison, made the trailer in the meantime, changed the story and didn't want to redo the whole trailer.
The Outsider not only gave him his powers here but also about 69 runes and a lil manual on how to use each power. What a guy
@@Voc_spooksauce Corvo bought the game guide from the Bethesda store

@@friskyura7743 Six months in the prison always wearing the same clothes...
@@johnporkytp I bet corvo smells like pineapple pizza soaked in gasoline and also with a bit of olive oil
@@FreakWolf888 I like to headcanon that after prison break Corvo took a bath for several hours

@@stealthexecutor563 I'll check that out
I wish there was a mod that made that happen. The trailer is MUCH cooler than what actually happens in-game.
@@sayajooj9568 Having powers in prison is possible, now we need a custom map to match the one in the cinematic trailer.

Definitely. Just a way to give an idea of the games premise in a short amount of time.
@@K68080 Yeah, the prison and sewers serve as introduction to the the game mechanics.
Also, like, it makes for a good demo that gives nothing away story or setting-wise while advertising the game play
Fuck yes!
I've been waiting for this my whole life since the trailer came out🎉
Very nice
