Jake E Lee, Zakk Wylde, John Sykes and Reb Beach All Do This On Guitar

Here in this lesson i look at the double picking technique favoured by Jake. E Lee and John Sykes. A technique that can be heard on Ozzy Osbourne's tracks "Waiting for Darkness" and "Bark at the Moon" from the Bark at the Moon Album. And used by John Sykes on the entire Whitesnake 87 album, but specifically, for this lesson "Bad Boys" is my example.
We also look at the style of Zakk Wylde and Reb Beach who also use double picking, but tend to play two note per string Pentatonic phrases instead. I use the track "Black Magic" from Reb Beach and the tracks " Miracle Man" by Ozzy Osbourne, looking at Reb's Intro lick and Zakk Wyldes guitar solo respectively.

I love it too, it is quite a.rare finish now. I said i was never use a PRS until i played a few. I always used Gibson SG's or ESP Vipers before.
