The government needs to be watching Judge Judy on a daily basis.
Actually part of the government do the apparently the IRS have permanent observer.

Right? It's not like they have jobs to do.
They have an entire social media department for this
Not the government, the voters.
I started off sympathetic to the defendants. They sounded like nice people that have been through some difficult times. But when they struggled to come up with a good reason to buy a car they couldn't afford, they lost me. Her dream car? You get your dream car when you can afford it. Until then, buy something cheap but functional.
They are drug addicts
I was thinking the same thing _"You get your dream car when you can afford it. Until then, buy something cheap but functional."_ 😇 Common sense suggests that if you can't afford something, you shouldn't buy it.
Yes and no. For instance, even if you save up for a Mercedes, maintenence on those things are a killer.
So I'd suggest to either save up 1.5x the amount, or get an older/cheaper one and learn to fix it up as a pet project.
Same here
They look like textbook examples of pill addicts. I wouldn’t trust them with sh*t.
I have empathy for anyone loses a loved one, especially a child. But using her loss as a means to scam the system is beyond disgusting.
"I lost my child and got PTSD" - Awful, nobody deserves that, my heart goes out to you
"I claimed PTSD benefits for a decade and, even though I'm fully capable of driving my 'dream car', I still can't work" - Absolutely ridiculous.
Shoot I've watched two of my children die tragically. I have severe PTSD. I'm messed up. Only God gives me strength
God bless you
@@moniquejones6482 i'm so sorry
Anxiety disorders are a real disability. It's one thing to watch your grandkids in your own home for a few hours, or go for a drive now and again. it's another thing entirely to go out into the world and work fulltime. Judge Judy has never understood this. You also can't just get disability by asking for it. It's a long drawn out process and one that requires a lot of documentation. Something as a social worker, I have helped clients do.
@@Mellie I get having PTSD for the trauma she experienced but I don't understand how after all of those years spent NOT working, she feels she should have a dream car that she could only possibly afford if she did work. Then, throwing in as an afterthought that they use it to cart around grandchildren. That's the problem I have. The husband said she saved $1500. They could have got a somewhat decent car for that amount OR they could have waited until the husband started working again to add to that savings until they reached $3500.
JJ is onto their asses like a bloodhound lmao
By reading their complaints she knew who she would chew.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I love it, sniffing the bs right out 😂👌🏾
😂😂😂😂 YESSSS
Love it!!!!
If course she has no conscience and therefore cannot sympathize with someone else's situation! Someone without a conscience does not feel emotion genuinely! They learn how to mimic reactions when it suits them, but in unique situations they are lost and don't know how to react or sympathize!
@@maryjane4846 she does sympathize with her tragedy but her tragedy has nothing to do with them taking advantage of the plaintiff
If the "dream car" was the cure for her PTSD then why isn't she working?
Your so right 😅😅😅😅😅
If you have PTSD so bad that you cannot work, you shouldn’t be behind a wheel
I’m pretty sure the husband wanted the car and used her as an excuse
Or watch a 2 yo and a 2 mo!
Imagine getting an breakdown while driving around with literal babies! Negligence…
The way he physically points at her when Judge Judy asks her the questions....rubs me the wrong way.
A car nobody needs to drive around all the time as with ptsd ppl can have there good days.
But kids is work they cant just leave in the garage in hard days with no sleep and a lot of symptoms.
And watches her grandkids! Ridiculous…
This reminds me of the secretary at my work who also just bought a Cadillac her dream car, but is always talking about not having enough money and trying to mooch off our lunches she once had the audacity to ask me why I haven't bought my dream car. Told her My dream car is one that is fully paid for, low maintenance, and reliable.
When she starts with the defendants and the plaintiff has to say nothing, you know who will win😂😂
Its always a red flag when a defendant explains their backstory. You may just see it as them answering the question, but venting to the judge is a way to gain sympathy from them
“Priorly” 😂
Lol I caught that too
JJ has no sympathy for people that do not work, especially if they can walk and talk.
Let's buy a car that we can't afford because it's a "dream car". It's scary these people are raising children.
Meth is a hell of a drug
Woah woah woah! Why would you say that? That’s so methed up!
@@ChaoticBad lmao 😭😭😭😭
Meth is not a drug but a methication.
Drugs are bad, m'kay?
@@ChaoticBad to be fair she looks it
Plenty of people experience trauma, take medication and still work. If she’s that unstable she shouldn’t be in charge of small children.
But clearly says she is mentally disabled. A term for limited cognitive function, hmm, vs a psychological condition. But wither way she isnt so bright.
95% of these defendants are on welfare or state assistant... our gov needs to crack down on this misuse much better. She is very capable of working
Exactly
I saw an old man literally dragging his leg behind him while working at Pizza Hut. If he can work, all these people can. My Indian doctor talks junk about government users. She said that people in wheelchairs can be cashiers. Even though she has a point, it's funny.
People want it and vote for it, unfortunately.
Hi. I was even thinking a job would probably help her. Of course not in the very beginning, and I know this loss is not something she will ever get over. But it seems a healthy, logical option for her to be productive. But, maybe I’m out in left field, as none of us know any of these people except for the 10 or 15 minutes of case time.
It's unbelievable. Last week I saw a janitor in the mall with one arm! He was cleaning up and sweeping trash. So many people sit on their asses and refuse to work.
Disability to take Zoloft ???? GIRL
She’s definitely on more than Zoloft 😊
She definitely has that "Meth Mouth" thing going on...
I love how that weird face she’s doing is on each of the thumbnails she’s in 😭😭😭
Poor woman, she's recovering!
:l
omg, your so mean!!😆😆😆
😂😂😂
She started with the defendants & it says Part 1... Usually when she starts there it's a quick case. Seems like JJ is possibly going to drag out their humiliation longer than I anticipated.
Wow! Broke, getting disability from PTSD from seeing her child getting ran over but some how wants to buy a dream car to drive around in? SMH
The proper definition of a lazy worthless scammer.
I dunno it’s not like she’s wants to buy a train …
I mean…shouldn’t she be able to live her life and buy things that will bring her joy? She is rightfully getting disability. She shouldn’t have to save it for or use it for what anyone sees fit.
Her priorities are all meth'd up.😀😁
Just watched a SCAMMER video of woman who gives her fake NIGERIAN boyfriend hundreds of dollars from her disability and mothers SS checks...I'm totally GOOD with this poor woman who watched her son die spend her money on whatever the HELL she wants ! Needs to pay back her uncle though if she borrowed the money .
Good lord!! I thought she was his mother 😮😮
Her top row of missing teeth ages her
@@clasijasi Good Lordy - I would have been buying false teeth, not a car.
Yes, indeed, she looks way older to be his mother. But I believe the prescribed medication has much to do with her emotional balance and physical appearance. It seems she's been on the prescription for a long time judging by the facial contortion on her lower jaw.
@@clasijasi it would appear that both have/had a drug problem.
@@isabelbeckerman9226 Agreed. Also, if you watch her during the after court interviews, she does have top teeth. I question whether she should have a drivers license
Her dream car was a Cadillac costing $2,600? lol
"I'm a seasonal worker" bahaha and his wife is freeloading off taxpayers.
He's most likely getting paid in cash also.
No doubt about it.
Scummy couple. Hopefully cant find the narcan when they need it. Save us all a bunch of money.
What the hell? If you paid him back 800 something dollars it means it was a loan. In what world does people think they can get away from that in court ? I assume we gonna have lots of fun if theres a counter in this one.
That's very sad about her child. I hope she's doing okay.
🙏🏾🙏🏾
She’s coping with meth
I agree 😭🙏🏾 prayers up!
You are a sweet, beautiful person! ♥️
She wanted a car, because it was the beginning of the season 🤣🤣
😂😂😂 hilarious response to JJs question! he was pretty nervous. what he meant to say is that they pulled the trigger cuz he was working again and could make the payments. clearly a statement like that had zero relevance since they couldn't make the payments 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Husband looks like the guy from Pirates of the Caribbean..
The one who's eye pops out? 🤣🤣
@@rhondacady7120 Lol. I found myself looking at his eyes,
If you're dream car is only worth $2,600, you're living in a nightmare! 🙄
I have PTSD and adhd so I get in a depressive anxious loop if I don’t take Zoloft. Never in a million years would I have ever thought that disability would cover that though. It shouldn’t. Yeah tragic stuff happens to everybody, but she can drive and take care of two babies, she shouldn’t be on disability at all.
Taking medicine doesn’t mean someone mentally disabled. I guess it depends on the person and how much meds they are on. Okay, there are people with degrees, and businesses, and jobs who take prescription medicines and can still work and drive. Everything depends on tolerance and how responsible. The wife may have had a street drug issue in the past, not to be judgmental but she kind of looks like she may have. But many normal functioning people take prescribed medicine and live normal lives.
Taking medicine and being mentally ill, can make someone disabled. PTSD is a serious mental illness from a traumatic event. You have no idea what these people are suffering PTSD till you suffer it yourself, @The Real Deep Aries. Look up PTSD and see what these people suffer. military people suffer from it every day.
Bingo! Granted, we don't know the whole story....but Bingo!
She's the one who said she's on disability for a mental illness. Judge Judy didn't say that, she said that. Judge Judy parrots what the defendant and plaintiff say
While yes, medication doesn't mean disability, but there is a balance... let's take her driving as an example.
If you have someone driving a vehicle with schizophrenia, then the risks of an accident (and the mortality rate) greatly increases if they are at the whims of voices.
If you have anxiety and driving, then you are likely to panic, and cause an accident. Meanwhile, I remember a Canadian driver given angina medication to take with her panic attacks who didn't realize how dangerous that combo was.
As for PTSD, well certain antidepressants reduce your reaction time greatly enough that the 50% chance you'd hit that kid now became 80%....
The key for anyone with a disability to continue a normal life is to understand your strengths and limits, and act accordingly.
Also, PTSD is a mental disability. Trust me, you don't want to have that argument with a soldier, as they understand the weight of their condition.
JJ is a master at exposing people who sponge of others for money. Her son got run over by a train which probably means suicide.
You can not reasonably come to that conclusion
Right? Its rare when a locomotive sneaks up on you.
or the kid fell? there aren’t protective barriers at most train stops. also even if it was suicide, SO WHAT???? her child still died. what is wrong with you?
I had a near fatal MVA when I was 25. I received an ABI fractured neck face skull back hips and lost my hearing in my left ear and partially in my right. From that despite living with pain daily PTSD anxiety and depression I work! And I am proud of that.
I'm wondering how old her kid was and how she managed to witness what happened.
Did she not put in her good teeth?
Who in the hell can live off of $700 a month?
After this, I hope the uncle Richard stopped lending his niece money. I had to do that, as an uncle and sibling because my generosity and concern wasn't respected and I felt used. Let them get it from the heavens or wherever else they think they can.
Very Sorry for your loss and I’m sure it’s a very hard thing to witness but I think she’s using that as an excuse at the end of the day but to each their own
@Sheer Reaction, till you lose a child in a horrific way, do not judge this woman who has PTSD from a very traumatic event. Shame on you.
@@trekgirl65 she’s fooling you. She’s chosen not too work and live on $700 that’s fine but then don’t want “dream” cars, get a loser boyfriend and leech off other people’s money. Using her disability as an excuse.
Your own logic is flawed. That's like saying you can't judge the happenings of the R Kelly case because your not a victim of sexual assault. Just like it seems as though this woman may be using her PTSD as a cruch, it also is the case that I pit seems that some of Kellys victims were not so much victims. And people have the right to question it.
@@trekgirl65 calm down Trekkie and reread my post if you must to get a better understanding. I did sympathize with her and acknowledged that she may be dealing with it in her own way. Did you miss that completely?
@@bittasweet1605 that’s exactly what I was saying ❤️
She doesn't dream big, does she?
JJ is my psychotherapy and a sleeping pill. I learn English with JJ. Whoever creates and uploads these- thank you so much
So if it wasn't a loan why would they be paying back?
Exactly
What in the meth......
Yes that looks like meth not prescriptions.
@4:23 JJ was going innnnn with the back hand clappin’😂😂👏🏾👏🏾 Love her😂🥰
You can seriously get a check because of a tragic death in your family?! I should’ve been getting mine since I was 14….I’m 47 now so I’m owed alot of damn money
well no? she didn't get a check for someone dying lol. she gets them for according to her, having PTSD *stemming* from a death she saw. if you don't have PTSD or other mental illnesses from it to the point you can't work then you ain't owed anything
I don’t care what anybody says.. NOBODY deserves to SEE their child get ran over. I think it is the worst feeling to lose a child but to WATCH it happen is even worse 💔
Agreed. AND does that mean the rest of us should support her and her decisions forever?
@@Michelle-bc7tl nobody said anything about that Michelle. None of that was mentioned at all.
If she watched it happen it’s because she was negligent with her child 😂 sorry for what? Her inability to watch over her child in a dangerous environment?
@@Michelle-bc7tl yes actually
So that mean to stay on government benefits to milk the system?
Speed never disappoints us with these unexpected endings.
All of these people and all the people who appear on Jerry Springer, should be made to live together in one big city! Like some place in Arkansas
She's out of there!!! Sad to see people that gone with drugs and medications
I love how she exposes these people on disability for nonsense
That awkward silence from when JJ asked him and when he responds 💀
It sounded like my mans was guessing his kids ages 😂😂😂 Ding ding ding, that is the correct answers!! Bob, tell him what he's won 🎉🎉🎉
I like how JJ never even entertains a problem when anyone is on ss disability. It's medical stuff.
Paid, gainful employment is actually the perfect remedy for so-called PTSD. A job promotes confidence and self-worth.
They are a cheeky pair. I’d love to have my Porsche dream car but got a little electric car instead so I wouldn’t have to borrow money I can’t afford to pay back. It’s called adulting.
Why get a coal powered car? They are terrible for the environment, get a fuel powered car, way more economical and much more efficient.
No, it's called being an adult. Adulting is a silly word I think. Because it implies people should do adult things only when the situation calls for it. Being an adult isn't something you do, it's what you are. You live within your means because adults typically don't have parental safety nets.
@@bravo2966 I love my electric car so much. There are a few free chargers around town or I charge up at a fast charger for about $3! My car does have a small gas tank for back-up and in the 4 months I’ve had her have only had to top it up once.
@bravo2966 Brcause they are reliable and currently far less expensive.
@@Kaboomboo adulting is kind of a silly word. I wouldn’t use it communicating in my professional world, but on a UA-cam comment, sure 😁
All I am thinking is, how did her child get run over by a train?
A 2700 dollar Cadillac CTS isn’t a dream car. It’s a nightmare. Likely needs thousands of dollars in repairs. Which they obviously couldn’t afford to have done and likely can’t do themselves.
I’m glad JJ calls ppl like April out because April seeing her son get run over by Thomas the Choo Choo train is no excuse to NOT work. She can work but chooses not to. She definitely cheated her way through the system smfh. Scammer. 🙄I saw my dog get run over when I was a kid but I’m still out here, working for my money..full time & part time.
Dream car? Never heard that as a defense before.
I’m bipolar and I take care of my kids all day. Not a good excuse
I wouldn't be driving my 2 month and 2 yr old grandchildren around in my dream car lol. Do they know how messy young kids can be?
"She's not bipolar or anything." I have bipolar, autism and PTSD, and I work.
So she just up and got a car for no reason because it's her dream car? I'm not terribly familiar with side effect of Zoloft but I would think anyone that is regularly medicated, to the point where they qualify for disability, shouldn't be behind the wheel.
You've made that medical assessment based on many years of being a psychologist and full knowledge of this patient no doubt.
@@bravo2966 Found the "disabled" person. 😒
@@bravo2966 well even JJ said something similar.
@@Kaboomboo If you mean me, no I am not disabled in any way. I just don't judge people's health based on 30 seconds of TV footage and get all judgemental about it.
@@bravo2966 If you read my original comment, I wasn't making any judgement at all. I was simply inquiring about medication and being behind the wheel, which is a perfectly legitimate concern.
I love when people don’t know how to properly pronounce words such as “prior-ly” 2:23. 😂
So neither are working, besides him doing seasonal work on occasion, she's getting welfare for PTSD yet she also demands to have a Cadillac because it's her dream car?
Meanwhile there are Veterans and people with crippling disabilities out there who can't even afford dinner, let alone medication. What is the world coming to? What's next, she demands a penthouse because it's been her lifelong dream?
That’s what this country was built on. Getting free labor so everyone else follows suit🥱😴
Why do ppl not just answer questions 🤨
The defendants are part of my nightmare blunt rotation.
I have PTSD, and more than 1 chronic illness. I take care of my 3 kids, a house, and work 30 hrs/week during the school year. I do not qualify for any assistance. Unbelievable.
The female plaintiff looks just like Beaky Buzzard from Looney Tunes
If she had teeth she should have put them in.
Funny how she always says the court doesn't go by feelings, but by the law. Yet she takes an instant dislike to anyone who gets govt aid and does everything to embarrass them.
You have no business driving a car with that kind of disability. She can’t even keep her eyes open.
The defendants are sooo on m3th.
I’m shocked she qualified for Disability when she only has PTSD and only takes one psych pill a day!
I’m currently trying to get on Disability, but I have a mix of BPD, Bipolar, PTSD, & ADHD. I take 4 different, strong psychiatric pills a day!!! And I STILL work part time (about 10 hrs a week.)
This whole case seems rather unclear. JJ drilled way too hard on them for wanting a car. In most of the USA, you can't do much without a car. And the poor lady very likely can not function in a normal job after the horror of seeing her son killed. I'd like to know the details of the contract.
Public transit in the US is that bad? I haven't explored that many places in the US so far so don't know what the general standard is (only New York, New Orleans, and California).
If it was a matter of needing the car, that should've been the first thing they said when Judy asked them why she needed one. But no, the first thing they said was because it was her dream car. She obviously didn't need one.
@@Kaboomboo he also said to get to the doctor, visit grandkids and do errands. I think they are nervous, and not especially articulate, but trying to be honest.
@@aartadventure No, if it's a matter of family and being able to care for the family, that should've been the first thing they said. That being said, they aren't her children and I'm hard pressed to believe she's the legal guardian. It's the parents' responsibility to take care of those kids and errands for them. If they want to help out, that's fine. But they have to be able to do it within their means instead of taking out loans they can't pay back. And in this case, saying she wanted a "dream car" to do such things is a huge issue.
@@SRFAA Most US cities are ok for public transport, but not great. I lived in DC for two years but still needed to use a car a few times a month for certain things. Most people thought it was weird that I didn't have my own car there.
if this woman can take care of young children and cart them all over town, she can certainly work. I'm so sick of leeches. I've had generalized anxiety disorder my entire adult life, and I've still managed to work. Lazy ass people.
Wow, she's a winner. Belongs in an insane asylum. Looks real crazy.
I’m sorry for her horrific loss but to take advantage of government assistance for over a decade after but still have the ability to drive and do everything else in a normal capacity then she doesn’t need disability. There are hundreds of people that need it more than her, that end up having a harder time getting assistance because of people like her and many others we’ve seen on the show that fake disabilities so that they can live off of the government. Lazy people…..
It would have been more advantageous for her to buy teeth rather than a car.
how old are ur children dude had to think hahahahaa
That lady looks like a character from bobs burger’s
My sister lost three sons and never stopped working. Ole girl is full of it. She used her son's death for an excuse right off the bat. She can work. She just doesn't want to.
This woman is very 'off" and I don't think it has anything to do with PTSD. Just because something is a dream doesn't mean you go for it if you can't afford to pay attention!!!
I lost a child in 2012, hurts me deeply to this day. I do not have PTSD and I continue to work.
While I understand her pain, she needs to move on with her life.

What happened to cutting your cloth according to your measure? Have those days gone? She doesn't work but wants her dream car. If you can't afford your dream car, you don't expect someone else to finance it for you.

Methamericans!! Did she trade her teeth for the car?
Wow. There’s a fair bit of Deliverance going on there ! Oh yes.
Not one word of compassion from JJ for this woman's child being killed by a train. And her ‘dream car’ is hardly some sort of luxury car it’s still a cheap car.
Unemployed & wanting a “dream car”… 🤔🤔
Disgusting to use the death of your child as some sort of "weapon" to excuse your behavior and lifestyle. No one owes you sympathy. It's nice to get and be acknowledged for your struggles, but no one owes it to you and they definitely don't owe you your dream car.
