I hear you and I agree that the grandmother has a lot of compassion. Still, I have to respect the young man for not being a hypocrite for the camera. Even grandmother who showed her so much compassion had to testify that the girl is a manipulator. Grandmother wasn't taking the brunt of her abuse, he was. Maybe someday he'll be able to give her an authentic hug. But you could see the hurt still in his face.
The young mother didn't come from a loving family but instead has been trying to survive on her own. She is not a manipulative or wicked person when she could have been. I pray they all will grow together as a family and raise up little Nathannel to be a wonderful man.
Luke Fanders how didn’t she raise her son right. As a parent you teach your kid’s right from wrong and pray they take those lesson in and display what you’ve teach. She can’t be held responsible for all her kids mistake.
Grandma is a loving strong mother point blank. That type of love is not common at all. She's a very strong matriarch in her family. They all will have balance, growth and prosperity
@@ihavenonameforyou1 I totally agree with you. Tammy Jenkins, the guy's mother just commented on this page that the girl has gone back to her old ways by blocking them from having access to the child. She's insane and a bad person.. He explained 5 different ways in which he couldn’t produce a child, she’s young and just believed him. & who wouldn’t accept heat for their child? She said she never told the lady she was the Granma, the lady stepped in and said that’s her grandchild, and offered to assist her.
because of what he told her, but then u gotta understand that the other guy is in another state and she was ju trying to get back on her feet so she did what she had to do

Cee Gabe So refreshing to read this. I have cried so much watching some of these shows. I am moved and touched by how high the emotions can get and how much hurt and pain people endure. I hope people can learn from these shows and also strive to make better choices and decisions by thinking before acting and also knowing that our actions result in consequences...whether good or bad. Hopefully, people will be encouraged to behave more responsibly and also know that our actions affect more people than we can really know.

theresa charles why does the grandma need to care for her sons baby? Got two daughters never ever ask my mom to take care of them my father would not allow that. Thank god I had a father feel sorry for black people raised by ONLY mother's.
Christopher Barksdale understand ur point point but some children has both parents and still not taken good care of ,and not all single parents are that bad I am a single mom have my own grocery store plus my son has good grades in school doing it all without any man in my life so it's not all single parents are that self righteous
Christopher Barksdale....Why would your father not allow your mother to take care of your daughters?! What's the context? And how are you interpreting 'take care'? Do you mean you wouldn't let your Mom look after the kids for a few hours, overnight, etc. - or do you mean you wouldn't let your Mom look after them long-term? I guess there might be good reason. But IF there isn't, then why couldn't your Mom look after your kids certainly short-term (for the day, etc. - if that's what you mean by 'take care')? Even longer-term, if really necessary (such as a parent in hospital for a while, etc.)? I grew up with married parents - but my Gran was a massive part of my life. I have nothing but fond memories of her. She really helped form the person I am today. Children enjoy their grandparents (if the grandparent is a good grandparent) - they crave support systems around them. I would always advise parents to let grandparents be involved in your kids' lives (including 'babysitting' them, on a regular short-term basis) - as long as the grandparent isn't harmful in some way to the child. The relationship your kids form with grandparents can really help them grow up steady.
As the saying goes, "grandmothers always know their grandchildren." From the moment saw the baby's pic I saw the father. Hats off to the grandma. That child is love and will be loved. I'm so happy for them!

This grandma is so beautiful in and out❤️❤️❤️ I never cry anymore and this made me tear up, for the baby and the mother. To have no family leaves a huge void in your life and she’s so young. Having this grandma there for her is such a blessing and will help her heal slowly ❤️❤️❤️
Random male customer tried getting my assistance with a "Hey sugarfoot" but my name's "excuse me, miss", not sugarfoot so I quickly left to go find sugarfoot. Jokes aside, grandma's like this need to be sat down and reminded that her baby is an adult now. She might have grandbabies but they are not HER BABY. Every time I heard her say "that's my baby" I wanted to punch her overbearing narc face. Also I think she confused the "rh factor" as it's the rh- woman who would need the shot to prevent her body from attacking the foreign protein of a rh+ fetus, not the other way. Since she was the rh- woman she only knew from her own pregnancy experience.
I think both the young people are hurting. He said she had told him it was his until a better man came along. He is hurting. They hopefully can find a way to work together because I do believe he is attached to the baby. I certainly can't blame him from fully accepting the child because he feels the mother is playing games with him. Hopefully that will end now he's the confirmed father. I wish them all the best.
I agree! This is an example of why children need a solid family foundation and to feel loved or they’ll forever be confused about what love is and will go from place to place looking for something that doesn’t exist
When she said “come here my baby.” I started thinking about my mom and I can’t stop crying. When I marry my fiancé, I hope I can hear that sound again. Mother’s are such wonderful people for the heart.

How and where did y'all see this? I went back 2 see and still didn't see or hear that.
@@smithsonna035 took me 4 times. Whew!
The son is immature

He is going to have an awesome life with a grandmother like that
THIS WAS THE BEST PATERNITY COURT... THE YOUNG MOTHER HAS TRULY BEEN BLESS... THE GRANDMOTHERS HEART IS TRULY GENUINE...

One of the best episodes. The grandmother was truly genuine. The guy seem like a straight up man.

She was just lost. She wasn't full of hatred. Seems like she's been through a alot. I literally am glad he's the father. The baby needs stability
Yes. I think they will be alright.
And so does the baby's mama. Not having a family as your safety net in life is hard.

No she bout to get stability. Section 8 food stamps child support. She bout to ball hard
The young mother didn't come from a loving family but instead has been trying to survive on her own. She is not a manipulative or wicked person when she could have been. I pray they all will grow together as a family and raise up little Nathannel to be a wonderful man.
Still not an excuse to be sleeping with multiple men
“Hey sugarfoot” 😂😂 I love the grandmother
Dear Judge, can we please get an update of this grandma and her grandson please.

The grandmother is gonna take care of that child.

Luke Fanders how didn’t she raise her son right. As a parent you teach your kid’s right from wrong and pray they take those lesson in and display what you’ve teach. She can’t be held responsible for all her kids mistake.
So ture tony
Yes, she will.
Grandma is a loving strong mother point blank. That type of love is not common at all. She's a very strong matriarch in her family. They all will have balance, growth and prosperity
I want the grandmother to be my mum... she's oozes maternal love, compassion and empathy.
I hope the "grandma" has read all of these wonderful comments so she can understand how amazing she is!

She's only 19, she's still learning but thank God she has stand-up ppl in her & her child life.
Thankfully. I think she still wants to run behind buddy in the other state. It seemed like whenever she felt alone she ran back to his family.
Bri D yeah she wanted the other dude that’s why she didn’t want him to be the father.
She is a hoe no learning can fix that, the bad stuff she did is something she knowingly did rather than be ignorant of her actions.
@@ihavenonameforyou1 I totally agree with you. Tammy Jenkins, the guy's mother just commented on this page that the girl has gone back to her old ways by blocking them from having access to the child. She's insane and a bad person.. Yeah, me too. I laugh when I watch Maury but lots of the episodes here have made me cry.
Thought the same as well. Just when they brought up a photo
Me too :') It was a beautiful ending!
This Mother/Grandmother just had me bawling my eyes OUT! She epitomizes motherhood, compassion, empathy and strength. Both her son and that young lady need her wisdom and care and, let's face it, we just know that the baby is spoiled rotten by now! Great episode!
She denied he is the child father but wanted his mother to take care of the child. The grandmother is a stand up lady. She obviously loved her grandbaby.
It was a misunderstanding
He didn't deny. He was in court because he believed he was the father and the mother said he wasn't. Did you not watch the video?......
Mohamed Rahaman The point is she really thought the other guy was the father so she didn’t want to pin the baby on him. At least she was trying to do the right thing based on what she thought was right! I really like her for that
He explained 5 different ways in which he couldn’t produce a child, she’s young and just believed him. & who wouldn’t accept heat for their child? She said she never told the lady she was the Granma, the lady stepped in and said that’s her grandchild, and offered to assist her.
because of what he told her, but then u gotta understand that the other guy is in another state and she was ju trying to get back on her feet so she did what she had to do
No shouting matches on this episode! 😲 This baby has a real chance to be raised with and by loving people in his life. The grandmother is a cool lady who has a loving heart. I wish them all the very best! 💖

Ikr! What a relief to watch an episode without a shouting match! Thankfully this episode had wayyy less drama than other episodes.
msmylifegolden ellis I have watched several where the participants conducted themselves properly.
I’ve never seen shouting matches on any of the episodes I’ve watched

Yea he does
He does not look 'exactly' like him but similar
I love the mom in this episode, she's young and learning right now, but you can see she's on her way to being an outstanding mother. God bless
The first episode where it was nothing but love in their hearts. People can learn from this.

Miss Jenkins seems to love Miss Rawlins and the baby but her son doesn't seem enthusiastic about the baby or his mother at all.He was not jumping for Joy when the judge said the baby was his.He showed no emotions whatsoever .He was quick to correct the judge earlier by stating there was no relationship between him and the baby's mother.Just encounters.Guess his mom pushed him to get this done. The baby will be in good hands with grandma.

Beautiful ending the grandmother will end up taking good care of her grand son
theresa charles why does the grandma need to care for her sons baby?
Christopher Barksdale because that's how white Mama's are💪❤
tessa Browning love... Yeah she going to have baby Nate extra spoiled rotten...😀
an episode without screaming and yelling that's refreshing
You are confusing the show with the Maury show
As the saying goes, "grandmothers always know their grandchildren." From the moment saw the baby's pic I saw the father.
Hats off to the grandma. That child is love and will be loved. I'm so happy for them!

It’s was the “ you know what I’m here for “ for me 🤣🤣
This made me tear up, when the grandma said to the son, go hug her. She has a good heart.

I think both the young people are hurting. He said she had told him it was his until a better man came along. He is hurting. They hopefully can find a way to work together because I do believe he is attached to the baby.
