The Neo just needs gps in it, the size is great for tight spaces and small holes. I wish dji would make the avata 2 compatible with the RC2 just like the Neo.
It is not using GPS Sig on Low Altitude. It only uses Optical Sensor for Positioning Lock. It only Uses GPS when it's on High Altitude above 10 meters. But if it reads Low Altitude it only uses Sensors and will not switch to GPS mode. Try to Blind its sensor and you'll see what I mean, It will not be stable and drift even you have good GPS Sig. The Drone Will Go up high altitude until it switches to GPS mode. This is why many Neo Owners hook and uses light underneath it on night flight so that it will lock its position when flying at dark area on low altitude so that it won't drift until flying higher altitude to use GPS lock.
Dude even you loose signal on GPS it will not use that as a Lock on Position. It only uses Optical Sensor on Low Altitude so you're flying on Sensors Lock the whole time on your flight because of Low altitude. Even it has Good GPS Sig. It will not lock on position once your optical sensor doesn't sense the ground.
I've only lost signal one time and neo started returning to home. If you don't fly miles away and behind big hills etc. All should be good. It's fpv not meant to travel miles

Neo very good drone
Easy to carry

awesome bro..
Thank you so much 😀
Awesome! Your drone's back safely
Yeah thanks for supporting

What did you use to Color grade :)? Looks awesome!
No I am just using nd filter

Yes but I don’t go so far
Just near 400 meters
400 metres is nothing for drone
"It's fpv not meant to travel miles". Tell this to Long range FPV pilots 😂😂
Yes but this less then 400 meters
Dji avata 2 have more strong signals
Then Neo
@@lonelyroamerand some time lost signals 150-180 meters also
beginner how want a new drone they have to know every thing about drone
Are you in FCC or CE mode?
FCC
ham file?@@this.is_surinder
Never fly over the water, Neo is prone to fly away. DJI forum is filled with such fly away subs.
Thanks for comment
Never fly over the water without controller because Without a controller, you won't be able to intervene to stabilize the drone.
