You're in Alabama they could be hail or tornado damage. But a lot of these trucks, because they cost so much money they will total loss it, pay minimum to policy holder & require max at auction & often make their money and profit. Now, if they were flooded, they would have marks showing water line, most likely they were theft recovery the company already settled with whomever bought the truck. Now they can only sell through salvage auction because of titling issues. It would now be branded title for theft recovery. Hope find yourself a great deal.
I have a Denali 2500, 2023. The Transmission stopped shifting, at 26,000 miles. The transmission was repaired under warranty. Unfortunately my truck was down for two months.😢
I live in Conyers Georgia and own a collision repair sgip if you are an Alabama. I'm pretty sure these would be from the biolab Fire insurance companies are totaling them because of the contamination to the paint.
Awesome video of my favorite pickup the HD DENALI DURAMAX! I just subscribed to your channel! Keep up the great work 👍 I will be bidding on one of these trucks.
I am uploading a video now with a 2022 Silverado high country diesel at the end of it, after I show that truck include a video of the live bidding on it. Check it out if you have a minute! Should be uploaded by tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest. I’m behind on videos, schedule has just been swamped lately.
Thank you! Yes for sure I love the mavericks! It would be really cool to find an older one from around 69-70 but a lot harder to find. I’m sure I can dig up a few of the newer ones though! I should be able to find one in one of the upcoming walk around videos
Because of inept insurance companies catch 22’s in some states law without sufficient understanding OF said law. That said, I’d be most have “frame” damage. And GM doesn’t stamp REPLACEMENT frames. Some states REQUIRE stamping with the VIN ON THE FRAME. Seen plenty of trucks, tahoes etc. specifically GM, killed by technicality. And everyone wonders why insurance is astronomical
Hey that would be incredibly awesome! Thank you so much for even considering doing that for me. Please email me @ jdmak8690@gmail.com, if you need my phone number I can send it from there. Thanks again!
Flood damage. Anything GM built since 2004- if water gets deep enough to reach the rocker panels…. You’re going to have electrical issues. And since GM went heavy on the Can-Bus system it becomes a nightmare. 2019+ bodies. There’s a ground strap on the passenger side of the truck behind the front wheel, firewall of the cab to the chassis. It’s an unshielded breaded copper wire- if that strap gets any water damage, it’s evaporates to dust sets off all the systems and fault codes and the dealers shoot the parts cannon at the truck instead of checking that ground strap first.
Well my 2020 Ford F-250 Tremor is dying and just ordered a 2025 GMC 2500 AT4x. Not a Denali but has the massaging seats like the Denali Ultimate. We shall see if she can last a little longer than 4 years and 130k/miles. Never owned a Duramax, owned 2 Fords with the 6.7 and my all time favorite was the 2005 Ram 3500 srw with the 5.9 the truck I should have never sold. That being said if Ram would make their bed longer and add the ZF 8 speed that would have been my truck..Maybe in 4 years!
Probably were all at a dealership for service or recall and the dealer got flooded. That would be the reason there were different insurance agencies. Probably one contractor to do the hauling🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
Transmission issues. First they said it was the harness. Then they did a software update. Then they replaced the modules. I got fed up and bought a 23 Ram 3500
I can answer this, these along with hundreds of others were “stored” in very large fields and lots…several rodents from mice to ground hogs took up residence in the engine bays having their way. Grass and weeds we’re grown up taller than the trucks in most areas
I’m sure it’s lender repos. Usually when these top dollar models get replaced with better versions people will let them get repo’d and just finance the next one. That relay you saw was for the automatic steps.
GM still has shit paint that after 3 years starts to peal and flake. They have had this problem since 2012 and the executives at GM don’t feel it’s necessary to fix. I’ll bet if they were personally held responsible for each and every vehicle that comes out with bad paint they would fix the problem.
You can't really judge a work truck too hard just because the balls 2 and 5/16ths, if they were really towing any real weight it would have a gooseneck or 5th wheel. It's just not a great measuring stick, my 16' trailer loaded with 2 big riding mowers and weedeaters plus blowers is under 2000lbs all together, that's like towing a geo metro and basically doesn't count if it's a half ton or bigger towing it! My trailers all aluminum though too, steel trailers suck!!!
You would think a diesel truck would be a mans truck....but not so much anymore. They have too many soft options ,,too many female engineersand designers....,,,todays trucks are not rugged or tough..they wont be here in 48 yrs like my 1977 c10...
When you buy a 100k dollar truck at 8% interest and your truck note is more then your house note you tend to find them lost somehow
Just started watching. When the step dropped down on that first truck, rust on the hinges and steps. Flood damage I'll bet from one of the Hurricanes?
My guess too, flood damage sure makes sense. Sure looks like saltwater damage.
Good catch! It very well could be
Good catch! It very well could be. Thank you for watching!
Yup. All from a dealership.
@@GregScavezze you do realize that government motors garbage always has had a rusting and paint peeling issue, correct?
My favorite GMC of all times was a 2002 GMC Sierra Denali QUARDRASTEER

Amp Research is the company that makes the power steps.
A dealership near me has been sending new 2022s to auction. Selling some as cheap as 25k. Just arent selling.
Where?

Get ready for it to happen again our 2022 GMC 3500 has had three transmissions and brake rotors replaced twice. POS has 62k miles.
I remember seeing a short on these trucks when the ring was busted. They was stashed out in the woods. It was crazy

I will do @@bikermikemotors
It would be really interesting to see what those sold for at the auction.
2nd black truck had company sign writing removed, same circular residue on doors and tail gate
How much they selling for ?
totalled out flood damage as they are 23's and the lots was likely unable to move them
When GM updated the interior in 2024, everyone wanted to update. That is why you are seeing more of these newer diesel trucks being available.
Thank you for your content.
My pleasure! Thank you so much for watching and this comment, I really appreciate that
Those are boss-looking, trucks!
How much one of these truck costs? Copart

You have hurricane flood damage in high volume so any truck taken to auction is not trusted to sell thru original dealer network
I just sold a 2020 White GMC 2500hd denali 4×4 duramax/allison, loaded w/ 5thwheel in bed. The truck had it all. 57,000 miles
How did you like it?
When vehicles are stolen if there's any drug paraphernalia the insurance company automatically totals the vehicle.
Ive seen them with hazmat fape around them
Might be bank repos, high payments
It’s hard to say know to a 50% ++ discount when buying fleet.
Nice video can you please do a video about ford maverick?

Which copart are you at?
America is so broken......nothing makes sense anymore....like why would you spend over 50k for a salvage title...can you even get full coverage on it?
Can’t find them on the website can u help me
Hey send me an email at jdmak8690@gmail.com and I will help you however I can

That's way more truck than I need
I also have a panoramic sunroof and would have never ordered it. I’ve opened it maybe once in 5 years.
7:49 Just going to walk by the damage on the passenger tail light?
Hey man! I’d like to support you with some nice Thumbnails for your videos that I already did. How can I send them to you?

No we don't
Most of those are theft recoveries. Those trucks get stolen a lot.

What’s going on with the ford power stroke you had 6.7. Before I go out and buy a ford.

Had a 6.6 Duramax. Now I have a 6.6 L8T gas. Guess why?

Flood trucks coming in hot
Flood damage I bet. This guy must be blind.
You must be def. They came from a theft ring…
Lol I am pretty blind but they were theft recoveries 🙃
are you blind in both ears ?
Man, the women at the end mentioned copart I knew. Wright then, why those trucks are there. Her family is involved. She said it. Most were stolen.
A.m. P research that’s probably shit. They used to track us and everything we do inside the truck.
They could have been stolen or something. And the insurance company already rembused the original owners. 🤷🏾♂️
That’s 2 years away on oil change

Buy a 18 or 19
I will always change my oil 3000miles max! I do it myself so it's dirt cheap.
There are of them there because of two problems, one, it's a IsuzuMax two, it's a chevrolet
That second truck is from orr in Searcy ,Arkansas
Do you have any other info on it? I’d love to hear if so!!

Fleet vehicles and flooded vehicles
Look like flooded trucks
Thier because of transmission are JUNK, GMC is buying them back......
It’s because of all that fancy crap you can’t get a decent priced work truck
my son's boss found a 22 for 62000 traded in to a dealer
All the diesel trucks are there because the owners wives put regular unleaded in the tank

Why do you look at cars you can't buy that don't make sense
Hey thanks for watching and I can buy them, but what do you mean they don’t make sense?
Saying any truck "feels solid" after 1990 is a lie. Plastic and junk transmission on these.

Those Denali's are an insane pile of overblown crap. Not a good truck or a good car. Its only possible practical use is towing.
