I watched this video years ago. I have made hundreds of bracelets since. Thanks so much, Bianca. The bead stopper was a handy hint too. Thanks for sharing. Susan (in Melbourne)
I used paper clamp to clamp the end of the string. So thankful for diy tutorial that saved a lot of money from buying over priced bracelets on line or in store.
I just started my business at school , although I’m not a professional at this I’ve been getting a hand full of customer. These videos help by a lot !!!
Great, easy, imfortative video. This is how I've been making my elastic bracelets & it's the fastest, easiest way imo.I can come back to your video as a reference whenever I need to.
thanks for this! I've started a little shop called "Tori's treasures" and I've just started using elastic! so this was very neat and easy and they seem pretty popular! I just wish I had one of those bead stoppers XD
just a thought I just go ahead and tie the .8mm clear string a few times and insert it inside the end bead as in (the last bead) it works pretty good and it has not gotten loose at all..Been doing my hand hamde jewelry for few years now... If a bracelet has too many its best to just start fresh and count before making it..I dont measure its all by eye for me Im too used to it....But yea just a thought.. Blessings and its beautiful bracelet thank you for the video.
Thank you so much for this video. I have been looking all over for help in seed bead stitching beginner is next to impossible to find. I mean real beginner That was the first video l am sorry but anyway it was great. I have been doing stretch bracelets for a long time. You gave me some great new pointers. Thank you.!!!.
Hello! Thank you for this! They're very cute! Is that a sterling silver Life of Tree charm youre using? If not, how long does it last? Do you get your beads/charms off of amazon?
Before i go ahead and buy the elastic for my bracelet, what is it called exactly and where is the best place to buy it from? Love your bracelet btw. :)
Do you have any hints on how to stiffen the elastic to make it easier to get through the hole? I think my elastic is the same size as the hole and I'm having trouble pushing it through because it's so flexible. Any type of stiffener can't be too thick because, as I said, I think the elastic and the hole are the same size. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
Chonté Nailz you just go off of your own arm I'm sure, because she owns a shop and her customers walk in unannounced. Don't forget when measuring to add on a few inches because you have to account for the size of your beads. Hope I helped.
Bracelets are beautiful but the elastic don't stay forever and break or turn little big before breaking.Thinks for teaching.S game thing for thread also.
You could use a Beadlon Elastic Cord Needle that's about 12 " long/30 cm. to string the beads unto the cord. Easier than trying to string beads with the cord. you can see the demo on youtube.
If you don’t have one that little tool to clamp on the end of the string, use a binder clip! It works the same way as that does :)

Thank you!!!! Great video on knots and crimping!
I don’t have any of this supplies so the people who have the supplies have fun and All About Beads you are very good at doing this:)
Don't forget to pre stretch the elastic, that's very important. :)
TheDarkladyelf I'm sorry if this seems ignorant, but would you mind explaining why this must be done?
SakuraSky it's a joke
Divya Scott no it's not. Many tuts say to do this
from my understanding, you're making sure that it wont randomly stretch out and then you'll be left with extra space on the bracelet.
TheDarkladyelf why?
I’m a beginner and you are a great teacher❤️
I am getting myself into this ankle bracelets making checking different UA-cam videos, this is one of them. Keep it up on your teaching. ( smile )
