Back when Gary's car first started getting attention was before mainstream internet. Or internet at all for some. So I tracked him down the old fashioned way. I just had to talk to him about this car and how he did some of the modifications. It has always been one of my favorite foxes! Glad it's getting coverage here. Thanks Gary!
Yep, we still had to buy monthly mustang magazines to read about these cars. One of the more popular mustang mags was published near my house and I would drive to their offices to buy the latest issues and get vintage ones. I had an 89 5.0 notch back then which I sold in 2003. And now wish I had kept.
The level of small detail in the bodywork is insane! The more I watched, the more I noticed....like the filled/shaved channels around the headlights, old school 351 and what looks like direct port nos setup. Thanks for making a video on this and also actually getting good info from the owner.
I remember Sanja Performance! Thats so cool you founder the owner. This guy used to make a bunch of custom body pieces for foxbody & i believe sn95s as well. I always wanted the dual vented hood that he made.
Nice foxbody, amazing details(convertible mirrors, antena, svo panels, etc). Congratulaciones, you make my Day. Thanks from México City, i Will take some ideas to my 85 gt
Amazing how these are approaching the 40 year mark. Heck, my 94GT turns 30 next year and the 64s are approaching the 60 year mark. Modern vintage muscle.
Such an amazing build and you can tell he’s super passionate about it which makes it even more special. Love everything about it and remember it’s magazine coverage. The wheels looks very much like a Roush wheel that’s I’ve considered one of the best ever wheels on a fox body - very difficult to find anymore.
You are correct. I had hurriedly removed and reinstalled the nose prior to the show. I failed to adjust it properly. It's now adjusted as it should be with tight gaps. Thanks for pointing this out to me
@@Foxbodyfx , His design used the 89-93ish Thunderbird lights. My first Mustang was a ‘85 GT , and at the time I didn’t like the 4 eyed front. I wanted an aero nose car but got what I could afford. This was in ‘96 I believe , I wanted something different and thought the Sanja front would be killer. Ended up selling the car though. If you have any of the old mags from that time , he used to have the adds for them . They were definitely different , and I’m sure not for everyone.
Beautiful car with endless details including that power antenna molded into the rear quarter. Just some suggestions as a viewer, slow the camera movements down and swooping effects when walking around the cars.
@@Foxbodyfx Love your vids and passion. Meant know disrespect as I know the time it takes to film and edit these. Just constructive. That said, never get rid of the SSC !!!
That Mustang owner is so proud of what he build as he should be. What an awesome car.

Agree on all points my friend
I still have the magazine that this car was in
That’s cool
This car is sick! So much want. He seems like he really knows his stuff!
Yes it’s sick 🎉
Beautiful car for sure ! If it had ttops that would be amazing
Stunning. My only beef is the gap in the front where the hood sits. Looks popped but I don't think it was.

How did he get that Saleen front bumper to work. Just amazing!!
He is truly a fiberglass artist! Thanks for watching and hope you subscribe.
Was thinking about convertible mirrors for my notch.
Different touch for sure
Man that's tough! Jaw dropper
Agreed 💯
Jeeze that car is sweet !
One of my favorite as well
Wanted one of his front bumpers so bad back in the day
I understand they are awesome

Love it and love him!
Thanks 🙏
Did you throw a offer at him off camera?
No I didn’t but man l love it
The only thing I don't like about this is, it's not mine. 😍
Absolutely gorgeous Mustang😍
