I have done this routine over 300+ times, it's effective, simple and works to give a natural energy boost! Please do a video that focuses on the hamstrings, I've been working on them and my hip/pelvis flexibility for the past year but seem to have hit a plateau, and would love to be able to get the stretch and tilt that you have achieved. I love your videos and your approach to the practise. Thanks so much.
Esther, your videos brighten my life! Thank you for what you do. There's no way I could afford a yoga class, but I need help resting my mind and giving attention to my body. This is really improving my mental and physical health. :)
day 6: Motivation was really low today. Had a hard time getting out of bed, did not want to start because I over slept my alarm by 45min... but today was also the best session ever. Really did well I think I did only full lunges though I was wobbly and it was hard I pushed threw. I think tomorrow will be even better.

Just did this was a bit quick for me in the middle.. but thats what the pauze button is for right? :) Feel really good atm.. :) Going to take a shower and move on with my day.. I really think I need to work on this one to get it good. I'll be doing this one dayly for the next weeks. :) Thank you very much!
day 4: I woke up with my nose all runny... cleared up for the most part during the session. was really zoned out untill the lunges, did not do a full side plank. I need to work up more strength for that. Tomorrow will be better. :)
day 7: I made it! a whole week. I had to help my sister move today so I could not do the exercise in the morning. There was allot of peak power use during the lifting of furniture, I feels as if I have a corset on my lower back, I was hesitant to do the exercise afraid to make it worse. As a warm up toward todays yoga session I did the arm and core strengthening series uploaded yesterday. That was hardcore I failed horribly. I noticed my shoulders being week.
day 7: 2: I think I'm going to incorporate the core and arm everyday until the side ludges go perfect. After doing the strengthening series I moved on to this flow. Until the lugdes I think I'm doing as perfect as I'm going to get it with my level of knowledge. Did only full ludges this time was out of breath and sweating, it was hard work. Tomorrow will be better my lower back is still quite stiff.I think I need to lay down for a couple of minutes in savana and it will be alright.
day3: It's early and after queens day I was not expecting much. Feeling hungover.. but I did alright. Less sloppy then yesterday until the lunge twist. Less pain in my arms then yesterday but it was still the hardest part.. Maybe tomorrow I'll try one full sideways plank. :) I can already keep up with the speed and my breathing was for the first time.. decent.. :P
day 2: went allot better. could keep up the pace this time but was more sloppy. lunge twist was hardcore today. I can still feel my arms.. I think i need to work on my core strength.
day 5: Today was a good day I don't actually have the time today, but I did it anyway. Everything is going good did full shakaranga(spelling?) was really nice. Ludge is still a killer for me. I feel myself getting sloppy however it went allot better then yesterday,(I think) stil loosing breading and stability.
