Late night soapmaking for customer order!

Recently I got interested in bigger handmade soap orders. Benefits?
1. Sell more in less time
2. Wholesale pricing- makes client happy as well as me.
3. Bringing their idea to reality with different colors and fragrances in soaps, makes me happy!
4. Making soaps for a purpose & theme is more interesting then making it & store it, because you don't know when it will sell.
Anyways, in this soap, i used
Olive Oil, Coconut oil, Cocoa butter & Shea butter.
You can use any soap recipe of your choice.
This was a difficult order for me to complete on time but I love challenges.
Lead time is 6 weeks for custom orders but customer gave me 3 weeks only & she wanted this muddy mauve color. So here was my challenge-
Make 1st batch to confirm the color & design
Needed a recipe that comes out of the mold quickly.
After confirmation, make all 75 soaps as soon as possible so they can cure at least for 2 weeks before the customer hands them off.
So, here are a few things I did to get the order completed on time:
I added Salt- to make soap hard faster, so it can come out of mold in 24 hours
I soaped at higher temperature than normal, so it goes through saponification faster. It also prevents soda-ash.
I added sugar- to increase the bubbles in the soap. Salt reduces the bubbles, so this will compensate it.
lastly, I packed soaps in organza bags, so it has enough air circulation to cure properly until the guests use them. (Packaging is not covered in this video)

I buy my fragrances from vendors that specialize in soap making supplies. You can find some on Amazon as well. Just make sure they are safe to use for soap making.
