Yeah, it's so needlessly corny at points, yet still rather well-structured. They also go into details and long descriptions, which is the sort of advice people give about world-building and immersion, such as focusing a lot on people's expressions and dwelling into long-winded strong reactions to certain things. They often try to build suspense; like when they say "This changed last night" and "but I would've never guessed what happened next". It sounds like some sort of improv OP came up with on the spot. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt, but it certainly seems fake.
@@lucianoariasduvalYeah it’s either real and told by someone who is heavily invested in storytelling or just made up which im leaning towards as there were some inconsistencies

I love the way Stanz reads these with such inflection in his voice. The story is obviously fake, but I'm certain this has happened before. Please don't ask me how I know.
Yo Stanz! Found your channel a few weeks ago and have been loving your casual brand of content, down to earth humor, and reasonable takes. Also appreciate that you’re respectful of other content creators when reacting, like not spoiling the end of Mike Boyd’s chess vid. Super funny stuff, your delivery is great! Saw the yard’s reaction to negative comments and thought it’d be worth flipping the script.
There was once an episode of Jeremy Kyle (basically UK Jerry Springer type show) which focused on to men who were dating and turned out to be long-lost half brothers (they did the DNA test and everything). The dad had left and had a second family. This is way worse than that.
Honestly I feel like there is not much wrong with that. If they didn't take the DNA test they would have never known and there are no real negative consequences that could come from it.
@@MrSHADEKILLA Yeah, I don’t remember but I assume someone brought the possibility to their attention - if they had never known they could have been happy I suppose.
“He’s always really struggled with not having a Father figure, unlike me.” He said right the saying he’s homosexual and attracted to older men specifically….
So you're trying to tell me they dated for four months and had sex yet didn't know each others last names? Like shouldn't they figure out each other's last names and then the dad goes "Wait. That's the name of my ex-wife" and then break up or at least ask some questions or something? The only exception would be if they had the most basic last name like Smith or something.
I don't want this to be real and I'm glad that it's not tbh. It makes for a funny story prompt/concept but it would be awful if this really happened lol
the dude said that he wasn’t affected by not having a father figure in his life “unlike” his brother but he sleeps with exclusively OLDER men… yeah sure buddy
If this is true, not only is it not their fault but there’s technically nothing bad about it. The reason I say that is because the reason incest isn’t allowed is because of the mutations that can come from inbreeding. There is no risk of that in a gay relationship so there’s no real argument to be made about the dangers of incest. It would really just be a moral tossup.
People in chat asking how the brother connected the dots when I feel it would be easy to do it. If someone tells you three things, the first two being clearly connected, why wouldn’t you make the connection to the third?
not saying it's not made up, but there are plenty of last names that are common enough to not immediately make someone think of the person they left 25 years prior.
Recommendation for future Reddit story: Peegate. You should be able to find on best of redditor updates. It’s very long and very entertaining but also gross in the kinda entertaining way. There is some mentions of pedophilic acts in it but it isn’t the main focus of the thing and is relatively minor
Being a sugar baby to your estranged dad feels like getting child support with extra steps.

LOOOOOVE Stanz's A+ mental health advice to push it down and load up on drugs. Going through a tough time rn and gonna take it under advisement :)
damn Freud wouldve loved this
are you telling me this guy confessed to dating his dad on reddit????
Most normal reddit post
least deranged redditor
Is this a FinnCedar73 certified Stanz classic?
Half of Reddit stories are fake, chances are this is one of them. Pretty much a blatant heap of bs
It happens more then you think.
Stanz's "probably" had me rolling
I got an ancestry ad before this video…
Most normal person in Ohio
Everyone always talks shit about Ohio but it's a right banger from Justice
Sometimes you gotta have the heart to not cover a story for the sake of our sanity Stanz

Some names are... pretty common
What’s weirder is the reality of this being fake and then realizing someone wrote a fan fic about f ing there dad
Wow, this was certainly the weirdest fanfiction I've ever been subjected to
